Pros:

We enjoyed a clean, spacious room that comfortably fit two adults and a teenager. The service was top-tier; using the WhatsApp 'Captain' was a game-changer—exceptionally fast and prompt. With a solid breakfast and a high-vibe location within walking distance of great shops and food, this spot is a winner.

Terrible at the end.
Pros:

Location is good.

Cons:

The front desk cheating my senior friend by overcharging her one more day room rate. We spoke to the manager, he refused to refund us even if he knew they overcharged. We argued half hour, they finally agreed to pay back one month later and not guaranteed. How can a five star hotel behave like this.

Great location with lots of cafes choices near it
Pros:

The location is great , near the tourist spot “Jonka Street “ that lines with cafes and restaurants. It is just beside the Melaka River so a walk by the river was really good :)

Super hôtel cocooning, très bien placé, au service parfait
Pros:

Incroyable.
Le personnel est super, l’emplacement est juste génial, on est au centre de malacca, tu sors tu as tous les endroits qu’il faut voir à malacca sans prendre de taxi, sa sent super bon dans les chambres, ils mettent des huiles essentielles à chaque passage ce qui est très agréable , les chambres sont très spacieuses.
