Great location
Pros:

Location was the best, next to the main attractions. The check in was excelent and nice touch with the shaved ice snack amd cold towel on arrival Breakfast was very good as well but i wish it was untill 11 not 10.30. Loved the rooftop pool. I spent there many hours relaxing and the bar there is huge plus. All staff were excellent too. I loved the extra touch with evening service and the candles in the room and balcony. It was very cute! Lastly the cinamon soap was sooo nice.

Cons:

The room inside was beatutifu and very spacious and extreamly comfy but i was very dissapointed with the view from balcony. Was below avarage and looked nothing like i booked online so a bit of false advertisement here, hence the score 9 instead of 10/10. I dont know why they put me on low floor when the hotel was not even busy and left me feel a bit sad tbh. So yeah dont expect the view from room to be the same as pictures show. Lover your expectations here.

Worth Every Penny
Pros:

Excellent stay and worth every penny. From the welcome drink till exit, we were treated truly special by the staff. Very courteous, polite and friendly staff. Rooms were really spacious. Team went out of the way and decorated my room for my birthday and arranged a small slice of cake. Thank you so much for the gesture.
Cleanliness is superb.Our room smelt so good with the diffusers..overall worth the stay and I would definitely look forward to come back!

Cons:

Everything was great. But just a small area of improvement would be to have more options for vegetarians. The chef was really good to accommodate and cook breakfast for us separately according to our choice. Thank you for that!

Fantastisch verblijf, uitzonderlijk vriendelijke hotelmedewerkers
Pros:

Heel vriendelijke medewerkers! Omdat ik veel last had van allergie werd er zelfs een airpurifier in de kamer gezet.
Veel aandacht bij het ontbijtbuffet voor het feit dat ik vegan eet.

テラスで食べる朝食が気持ちよく、種類も充実していて美味しかった。
部屋は綺麗で清潔、雰囲気もよく快適。エアコンが苦手なのでファンがあるのがよかった。
