Pros:

Personal war nett und hilfsbereit. Wegen early check in wurde uns alternative Zimmer angeboten. Uns haben die neuen Zimmer besser ausgefallen. Die Transferkosten hat das Hotel übernommen. Das Hotel hat uns ein late Check Out ermöglicht, was uns sehr geholfen hat.

Cons:

Die Badezimmer waren sehr klein.

It was not a good choice of hotel
Cons:

I chose this hotel only because of its proximity to Bandra Terminus train station for an early morning trip. I needed a simple overnight stay for a few hours. There is no other reason to stay here. The road presents an interesting aspect of Indian folklore, but if you want to see it, you'd better just come and see it than stay here. The interior of the hotel looks sparkling in the photos, but in reality there are problems that the camera lens cannot capture. The room was dirty, with discarded towels, the sheets had greasy stains and hair. I showed them to the employee and he changed them for me right away. The pillows inside the pillowcases had black spots like mold. The room smelled of mold. Maybe the accomodation is for Indian visitors, because there's no toilet paper in the toilet, and when you ask for it they don't understand what exactly you want since there's a tap. Also, I have the impression that they gave me a different room than the one I booked, it was smaller, because there was a double bed in the room, while I had booked a Classic 3 bed room. I can't imagine why you would stay here unless you have an early morning departure from Bandra Terminus like I did. I'm sorry but the hotel needs to pay attention to cleanliness and address the mold.

Pros:

For the price, this hotel offers solid value. When I arrived, I was told that paying by card would cost an extra 1000 INR. The receptionist took me to an ATM to withdraw cash but this did come with a 300 INR fee. The room was very clean which was nice and the bathroom was also fairly clean. It was quite noisy outside and the walk to the train station did take about 25 minutes. I still think it offers fairly good value for a private room in Mumbai.
