Had a lovely stay, would consider staying here again on the next visit to London.
Pros:

Very neat & clean, aesthetic bedroom located right in the middle of the city. The host was very helpful.
Facilities were good as well. We really enjoyed our stay there. Would recommend to others.

Cons:

The room was a bit cold at night and we couldn’t get the heater working, but we didn’t discuss this with the staff about it to sort it out while we were there, so it may be some minor issue in turning on the heat.

Dirty accommodation with a horrible smell.
Pros:

The accommodation is well located and the host is very friendly.

Cons:

Our stay was very disappointing. The room was dirty and very poorly soundproofed; we could clearly hear the neighbours’ music. At around 1 a.m., people came in slamming doors and making an excessive amount of noise, seriously disturbing our peace and quiet.

On top of that, there was an extremely unpleasant, nauseating smell of food. We had no choice but to sleep in that awful smell throughout the night. The following morning, we discovered that the kitchen was also very dirty, with unwashed dishes, dirty plates and stagnant water. This clearly explained the unbearable smell we had been forced to endure all night. The overall lack of cleanliness made our stay extremely unpleasant.

Finally, the host did not respond when it was time to check out. As we had received no instructions about what to do with the keys, we eventually left them in the entrance.
