Would definitely book again.
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. Bed was really comfortable. Great location.

Poor service, will never return.

location good, venue good.

Cons:

no room service because they "were busy"! bar staff service was really poor, slow, and had no idea about who to serve next except the customer directly Infront of them, even if they just arrived at the bar. Customers were forced to wait while others jumped in. whisky served in soft plastic beakers was unacceptable. some customers were given glasses, some plastic ones and not enough staff to take care of glass collection/washing.

Excellent 2 night stay. Great staff.

Great until I got into bed and tried to access wifi.
Pros:

I was having a very pleasant time until I tried to switch on wifi and was asked for personal details. I don't expect to have to give personal details to get wifi. I don't agree with you selling guest's information to Access Control. I had to go to the reception three times in my pyjamas to request the wifi access code that all other hotels provide. Unfortunately, I will not stay at this otherwise great hotel, or any others in your chain, because of this experience. People have had enough of the drive towards One Digital ID. It's surreptitious, dishonest.

Friendly, comfortable accommodation.
Pros:

Great staff. Comfortable bedroom and great TV.
Bed Linen and towels fresh and clean.
Freshly cooked breakfast.- we had a good table and could have eaten outside.

Cons:

Limited quantity of tea/coffee, etc.. .only one mug for 2 people - easily put right, but it's in the detail.
I know it was 30* weather, but there was a strange room fragrance in reception.
