Die Aussicht vom Bett aus über den Wald war atemberaubend. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, modern und hat eine tolle ruhige Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist sehr engagiert und freundlich! 😊
Nice balcony view into the green mountains. Unfortunately there is a new house being built which blocks the small view you’d have of the 9 arch bridge.
Very uncomfortable location in the hills. Impossible to reach by car. You can get close with a Tuktuk but then you still need to walk 60m down which is not ideal if you have a heavy bag or suitcase
Good place to stay in Ella away from the hustle and bustle of the Main Street. Really calm place with view on the nine arches bridge! The room itself was spacious, bathroom with hot water and breakfast available from 6:30! Kasun was always available via WhatsApp and helped us also rent a scooter.
Good to know: the location of the guest house can only be reached via stairs and a narrow steep street that you can either take by foot, tuktuk or scooter. If you arrive or leave by car you have to walk around 400 metres - all manageable if you’re fit and don’t have tons of luggage!
Nice view from the room and from the terrace, the nature is around the accomodation. Nine Arch Bridge is just in walking distance and visible from the terrace. Little Adam’s Peak is also very close from here. Breakfast is very delicious, starts with an excellent fruit turmix.
The accomodation can only be reached on foot or by tuk-tuk from the main road. Once you find the sign of the appartman, following the steps down you will feel it couldn’t be the space you have booked. More information would be appreciated on the way down on the steps. Ella center is far away, there is not public light on the road, thus it is better to catch tuk-tuk in the evenings after dark.
Fantastic breakfast, friendly staff - ask him for a bike if you want to get around town and see stuff easier. The view of the bridge is great from the balcony and overall the place is very clean and comfortable.
Really the only issue was the way down to the apartment (and by association the way up). Super steep incline, really only possible with a rickshaw, the climb up and down the steps with baggage in the heat was exhausting. But still a fantastic location / apartment and can recommend it.
Location is out of Ella centre but if you wanna hike 9 arches bridge and Little Adams peak then this location is perfect. Night time you can have food night sleep, its very quiet, only nature sounds!
Breakfast is good and host is very friendly and helpful!
Only way to centre is with tuktuk and you are lucky if it costs 1000lkr one way!
Bathroom is not so clean and in room there is no place where to out clothes and other stuff.

+ fan, terrace to roll out your yoga mat, spacious room
- There are two rooms sharing the same platform/terrace one has great views. The second has obstructed views, you see the neighbouring house and room is a bit smelly/unventilated
- access to the property: the descent with heavy luggage requires good fitness
Everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel is brand new. The room is spacious and very beautiful. You can even see the bridge from the terrace. It takes only 5-7 minutes to get to the bridge. The service is amazing. The owner is very kind and always ready to help. And breakfast was huge and delicious. I highly recommend this place!
There were some insects in the room, but it's not about the hotel, it's about Ella.
The place is astonishing. Pretty isolated and very quiet and magical with amazing view. The host Kasun was so nice and helped us with everything we needed. The value for money is great!
The location oc the apartment It's amazing, you have really nice view from window. Apartment was clean with good equipment and staff was really really nice.
