Good Value, Great Staff but Tired in Some Areas
Pros:

The room was good. The cleaning staff were attentive and did a good daily job. The hotel is in a good location with short walks to most of Kutas central area.

Cons:

The room air condirioner was very difficult to work as the remote control had a mind of its own.
Getting hot water to the shower was a real waiting game... up to 10 minutes. Your ok if you like cold to tepid showers in that first 10 minutes. In fairness with the weather you don't always need the water hot.....except if you need a shave....!.
The pool is looking extremely tired despite the water looking quite clean. Broken tiles around the edge and in the pool itself. The surrounding statues and ornaments need a real good clean as they are rich with wet dirty looking moss.
The lobby area restaurant is not well used even for breakfast and there's good reason for that. Lets just say it needs a new chef and a menu revamp. We used it the first day only....say no more.

Good to stay, value for money. Close to Kuta beach.
Pros:

Building is not very high.
Room is spacious and have veranda.
Swimming pool is good.

Cons:

No kettle in the room.
No changing place and shower near pool.
Reminding us quite often to check out in time.

Première fois que je subis un hôtel. Nous n’avons pas dormi de la nuit tellement le lit était inconfortable. Nous avons préféré quitter l’établissement vers un autre hôtel malgré la réservation déjà payé que poursuive une nuit de plus dans ces conditions. J’ai mis 1 point pour la gentillesse du personnel pour le reste c’était une expérience que l’on préfère oublier

Parfait et merci aux personnels !

L’emplacement
Le design de l’établissement
Le calme la piscine et le personnel !! Merci au monsieur de la sécurité qui m’a attendu tard le soir et merci aux personnes de la réception souriante et adorable !
De plus l’hôtel est placé dans une rue superbe qui mène à une autre grande rue avec pleins de restaurants et de boutiques et de massages et reste relativement calme
Lits confortables !

Cons:

Rien, en plus certaines choses peuvent être un peu vieillotte mais ils sont en train de le refaire !
