Very nice Hotel with a great location close to the airport but also 10min from the beach.
The staff is great and super helpful! Yes, like other reviews mentioned on the bedsheets there are some stains but they clearly have been washed and smelled great, even after three nights! The pool is well maintained and the room service is great with free water everyday!

Had just one night so we were close to the airport
Good location for airport

Cons:

No kettle in room. Did ask and get one but no cup.

Room felt very empty

No water refil available

Had a walk around the area on the night but wasn’t keen on it and wasn’t much around

Sehr empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Sehr schönes, blitzsauberes Hotel in bester Lage, ruhig und doch nah am Strand, Restaurands und Läden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Zimmer geräumig, der Pool sehr erfrischend und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar.

Conveniently located, spacious rooms, clean. Nice staff.

Cons:

They were not very responsive to the messages I sent through the app, however they replied promptly to my phone calls. The gurgling of the swimming pool was a bit annoying, but, to be honest, it did not interfere with my sleep.

Room was nice, pool was nice, walking distance to Kuta Beach, Kuta Art Market, Bemo Corner, Poppies 1, Poppies 2, Beach walk Shopping Centre, Waterbom Park.
