Great hotel with all the necessary beach amenities: towels, chairs, and bicycles
The rooftop pool wasn’t clean and there were no lights up there
We had a pleasant one night stay at Mar y Suenos. We liked the quietness of the location . We liked the parking spots. We enjoyed the pool ( pump was not on however) and needed to be cleaned . Great simple amenities and we had everything we needed. Thanks for all the items in the room the water and towels etc. Lucia was very helpful and attentive .

The room was really clean. It also had a kitchen. The bathroom was big and there was a pool on the roof!
It was a little bit far from the center and a little bit noisy from the parties at the weekends.

It was hard finding someone to check me in at first but they showed up after I called and that was fine.
Beautiful oasis setting. Very quiet. Good distance from any of the market sound or restaurants. But nice walk for enjoying those aswell. Can hear the waves crashing from the deck.
No English for foreign visitors. We had someone show us the room and amenities. The service was friendly and if we'd spoken some Spanish perhaps would have been exceptional.
The place was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the location was good.
I feel like the place was misrepresented on a number of levels. There was no parking garage, shared kitchen, sitting area in the living area, fan or iron. There were a few utensils for use on the microwave. The outdoor "balcony" consisted of a couple of chairs and a small table by your entrance door by the other entrance doors to other units. There was no infinity pool, no ocean view (unless you move around and strained to see), the hot tub/jaccuzi was not working. The beach might be 600 ft from the property, but the path is pretty treacherous and we only used it once. There was no safe or fire extinguishers that are listed. When we first arrived, I asked about the bedside lamp that wasn't working and was told it would be replaced with another. That did not happen during our stay. I also told the host that I felt the place was not what we thought it would be and she just told me that they were full and acted like she didn't understand. I spoke with another guest that arrived after us and she said the same thing without me bringing it up, that the place was not what she expected either.
