Fijne tussenstop
Pros:

Wij verbleven in het oude gedeelte. De kamer was voldoende ruim, de badkamer eerder klein. Goede matras. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Openbaar vervoer stopt voor de deur.

Cons:

Er is geen airconditioning en in de kamer was het behoorlijk warm.

Chegamos tarde e as chaves estavam no balcão, achei isso muito prático, não precisa ficar fazendo checkin tarde.

Não gostei da limpeza, não tem ar condicionado no quarto e nem ventilador, estava muito calor

War zwar nur eine Nacht dort, habe mich aber wunderbar aufgehoben gefühlt

Sehr schönes ansprechendes Hotel mit tollen Restaurants + kleinem Fitnessstudio und Wellness

Cons:

Leider war es dort wo ich mein Zimmer hatte brutal heiß und keine Klima. Plus leider war das Hauptgerät im Fitnessstudio an der Wand defekt

Wonderful stay en route to Calais - Exeptional breakfast

A very last-minute booking for an overnight stay on our drive from Lake Garda to Calais.
Plenty of free parking, beautiful hotel, with quirky interior design elements.
Male Receptionist was wonderful. Very informative and professional.
Breakfast was out of this world! We had been on a two week trip, staying in France, Germany, Belgium, Italy and Switzerland and this hotel was by far the best breakfast we had experienced. Smoked salmon, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, bircher muesli, assortment of pastries, numerous jams and wonderful juices.

It’s really nice place

Cons:

It’s actually if they can provide an air conditioner… that would be great. Summer time the rooms are soo hot 🔥 can’t sleep. I ask them a fan 🪭. They provide that. But the 3rd floor is under the roof. It’s soo sticky hot.

Es gibt ein hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet ! Das gesamte Personal war SEHR freundlich und hilfsbereit ! Ich kann das Hotel SEHR empfehlen - super, grosse Zimmer - nicht die gewohnten null acht fünfzehn Zimmer, wie man Sie sonst kennt die minimalistisch ausgestattet sind... Kaffeemaschine inkl Kaffe gratis - Perfekt für nach dem Aufstehen - geräumige Duschen... Super !

Empfang war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Velos durften wir direkt hinter der Rezeption einstellen.

Cons:

Die Zimmerausstattung im 2. Stock war soweit ok. Im Zimmer hatte es allerdings 30°C.
Diese Zi. sollten bei solchen Aussentemp. in einem 4☆ Hotel entweder mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet werden, oder nicht angeboten werden.

Pros:

It is easy to find. It is on the main road but very close to supermarkets and a short walk to the small town. It is a great location to explore the country, close to Basel, Zurich, Luzern. Also there is a nice path close to the hotel where you can jogging or ride a bicikle towards Liestal. Breakfast was perfect, hotel has bars and restaurants. Stuff is excellent and helpfull.

Cons:

Only that it doesn’t have air conditioning and we were staying during heat wave. We had the room on the road side and it was very loud in the night as we had to open the windows.

Der Nachschub am Frühstückbuffet hat nicht geklappt. Wir mussten auf Brot, Honig warten. Eier waren keine vorhanden. Wir würden informiert, dass diese zuerst eingekauft werden müssen.
