Good location dowtown, all new design and clean

Cons:

The breakfast was decent, but the service was very poor. You have to wait up to an hour just for four fried eggs for all peoples in restaurant... the staff seemed more interested in being on their phones than bringing food, plates, or even bread. You have to ask and wait for absolutely anything; sometimes they even pretend to forget, and in the end, the food never arrives. You need to change that shift of girls immediately.

A very comfortable stay in a very good location
Pros:

The room was clean and had a very nice design.
The bed was large and very comfortable.
Breakfast was good, fresh and varied enough.
The hotel restaurant was great, we had both lunch and dinner there, and the food was delicious.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel is situated in a nice central area, a few minutes walk to the beach, surrounded by shops, pharmacies, other restaurants.

Cons:

One day, there was an unpleasant smell reaching the bathroom, but the staff were quick to fix it.

Ci tornerei ma mi piacerebbe vedere dei miglioramenti, soprattutto nella pulizia e nella colazione.
Pros:

La posizione, l’arredo, il contesto generale, il parcheggio, il ristorante. Personale disponibile ma non particolarmente sorridente.

Cons:

La pulizia delle stanze era un po’ approssimativa, non abbiamo avuto i cambi di lenzuola frequenti e anche il bagno non era sempre ben pulito. L’aria condizionata funzionava bene ma era molto rumorosa.
La colazione con poche scelte, niente miele (famoso in Romania) e un solo tipo di marmellata e in alternativa solo la Nutella. Pochi dolci e poca scelta nei succhi di frutta. Il caffè era buono.
