I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and overall my experience was quite mixed.

Upon arrival, the receptionist did not provide any basic information such as breakfast time and location or other essential details. This made the check-in feel incomplete and a bit unprofessional.

When I entered the room, I noticed there was no complimentary water, which I usually expect even in moderately priced business hotels. I also couldn’t find belts for the bathrobes. I wanted to call reception, but there was no phone in the room. I had to go downstairs, where I was told I could contact them via WhatsApp — something that was not mentioned during check-in and could have saved me time and inconvenience.

Another issue was the lack of signage: when exiting the elevator, there are no directions indicating where room numbers are located, so guests are left guessing which way to go.

The reception desk itself was often unattended, with the staff member being in a back room. While she did come when called, it raises the question of whether this aligns with the hotel’s service standards.

The breakfast was quite basic, without much variety.

As for the room, it is not old and the location of the hotel is good, which are definite positives. However, cleanliness was lacking — the walls, curtains, and mirror were dirty. There were also no tissues or even basic napkins near the cups, only toilet paper available.

Housekeeping was minimal: towels were replaced and the bed was made, but the coffee area was not cleaned, and dirty glasses were left untouched. It felt like something was overlooked.

Additionally, there was a strong sewage smell coming from the drain in my room. After I reported it, the staff did change my room, which I appreciate.

In summary, the hotel has a good location and decent rooms, but service, cleanliness, and attention to detail need significant improvement.
