our stay was just for a night, and given that, it was satisfying
Pros:

A pleasant front desk staff, easy check-in, a very comfortable bed, plenty of pillows, sufficient towels, a satisfying complimentary breakfast.

Cons:

lack of free bottled water and the lack of a free local newspaper

Bed comfy, location decent.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable! Loved having a separate bedroom from.sitting area.

Cons:

Various doors were locked at different times. It isn't a terrible walk from door to door but was annoying.

Decent room, good for short stay
Pros:

It was a 10 minute walk from Canada Life place. We stayed one night to go to a concert. Really good pub across the street, but lots of options in the area.
Room was clean, beds were comfy. Relatively quiet. Grab and go breakfast had good choices.

Cons:

Building is a little run down, but that's not a deal breaker.
Other ppl have complained about the homeless shelter next door, but there was a visible police presence in the area and security available. We didn't feel unsafe. They kept to themselves and didn't bother anyone.

I would like to thank the front end staff for the kind and probation customer service especially the employee name Tanya Nathrani. Very present to talk to her and learn about the city as it was my first visit to London Ontario
