Sky Center Tan Son Nhat Airport Luxury

We only stayed at the apartment for one night arriving late and leaving early for the airport, therefore did not make use of the facilities.

Apartment should have been rated at 3 stars instead of 4. It is slightly outdated and one of the showers did not have hot water.

I would love to, but the hotel canceled my reservation at 2:30 pm and landed ar 3pm. Upon landing at Ho Chi Minh, we got off the plane and checked our email to confirm the hotel address, that was when we received the email stating that they no longer have a room for us and told us to find a different place. It was stressful because we were in a different country across the world. We had no choice but to search for a new hotel which had wasted 2 hours of our time. I kept reaching out to the hotel asking why we got canceled and finally received a response saying they were on holiday. Very disappointed and so unprofessional. I hope that hotels.com figures this out and removes them allowing anyone else to book

My biggest issue was that the address and information was lacking the proper information. We found the building but the address was incomplete. The taxi driver and security guard that is stationed at the entrance of the building couldn’t tell us where the address listed on the site was. Two different guards were assisting us. Luckily, the “contact” on the Experian site worked and when I messaged they came down to the entrance. I would like to note there are 4 buildings with the same address but also designated A—D. None of this information was on the site. We started to think it was a scam until someone came down. The rooms definitely don’t look like what’s posted but it worked for the 13 hours we needed until our flight. I give it a 3 because for the price it’s fine for people like us, who are just as happy backpacking and sleeping on the dirt. This place hade A/C , hot water and comfy beds and that is all we need.

Do not stay here if you’re looking for a safe, family friendly hotel close to the airport.

The host was lovely but the room itself is in a residential building and we did not feel safe here at all. Nobody spoke English, the bed sheets looked dirty and the air conditioning was like a jack hammer all through the night.

My kids cried themselves to sleep but given that we landed at 10pm - it was far too late and dangerous to be dragging them around Ho Chi Minh to find an alternative.

We barricaded ourselves into the room and my husband and I slept with a child each so they weren’t alone.

Very disappointing! Hotels.com should have this listing removed or at the very list have them change their name - it’s not luxury or family friendly and the photos are misleading.

Do not be fooled by the pictures. This place is not nice at all, but they did a really good job making it look nice on the photos. The only good thing about it is that it's close to the airport. Nothing else good about it.

This is an residential/commercial complex so you wont get a receptionist like normal hotels. You get a two bed rooms apartment with the convenient of a washer for laundry. They advertised and free airport transportation but there is any. They would makeup excuses as they have car problems etc. so this is the downside is there’s no free transportation. The trade of is that they let me checked in early. If you travel in groups this would be a money saving because you will get the whole apartment. Other then that its ok.
