Второй раз бы сюда не заселилась.
Pros:

Удачное расположение, пляж в минуте ходьбы.

Cons:

Уборка оставляет желать лучшего. Постель меняют только по просьбе, ванную комнату не убрали ни разу за неделю.
Геккон (возможно и не один) будет жить с вами в номере 100%, ночью они издают громкие звуки, потому что это бунгало, а не отель! Учтите! Под входной дверью огромная щель, в которую живность спокойно пройдет.
Кровать не удобная и скрипучая. Завтраки это всевозможные блюда из яиц (но дешево 60К).

It was a cool place to stay. They didn’t clean my room but I would stay there again.
Pros:

The beach and the pool and the cheap scooter hire.

Cons:

They didn’t clean my room for 3 days. So my toilet paper bin smelt like poo in the bathroom for 3 days and they didn’t change my sheets or sweep my floors or anything.

Cons:

Номер грязный, ни разу за 5 дней даже не подмели песок на балконе
В 4 часа утра начинает ездить самосвал в полуметре от двери
Ночью из соседнего отеля гремит музыка

Нет горячей воды в душе, посуда со сколами

Не меняют полотенца и не приносят воду

Cons:

Грязно, плохой напор воды, ни разу на 4 дня персонал не убирался в комнате, от отеля есть собственный пляж, но вы все равно за него должны платить, пляж грязный и воняет очень сильно, не рекомендую!

Gute Lage, großer Raum/ Bungalow. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Es war alles sauber.

Cons:

Rundum Baustellen. Wenig Möbelausstattung des Zimmers.

Все очень понравилось ! Цена отличная ! Хозяйки очень лояльная ! Все чисто ! Пляж сразу как выходишь , отличный чистый . Кафе все рядом . В отеле бассейн большой , чистый . Уборка проходит регулярно . Белье меняют( белое чистое , поглаженное ) Хорошие полотенца . Бутыль большая с водой питьевой стоит с краником . Вода хорошо идет . Всегда есть горячая . Можно завтраки каша зато совсем не дорого . Я была приятно удивлена . Цена соответствует качеству , поэтому отзывы некоторые не совсем понятны , люди которые платят за 3 звезды требуют как за 5 . Я рекомендую ! Место класс ! Если кому то важно снять именно домик , где будете только вы , с верандой и выходом на пляж - это место для вас . Лично я полностью удовлетворила свое изначальное пожелание . Спасибо большое за предоставленное жилье ♥️🔆

Pros:

Around 70 m from the beach

Cons:

The resort is not enclosed, so anyone can walk through it to get to the beach.
I have very different ideas about cleanliness.
The address given in the booking app is incorrect, but it can be found accurately on Google Maps as Thai Tan Resort.

Pros:

Я уже второй раз останавливаюсь здесь , локация топ , свой пляж шикарнейший, бассейн. Тихо и спокойно.

Cons:

Не понравилось, что при выезде за 30 минут опоздания сняли дополнительные 100 тысяч донгов хотя нас не предупреждали об этом . Мелочь , но неприятный осадок всё таки остался .

Cheap few days by the beach
Pros:

This accommodation is very cheap for a reason . The bed is clean and comfortable, the breakfast is good value and tasty, the lady who runs the accommodation is really lovely. Its a few metres to the beach. Shops, restaurants bars and laundry nearby. If you are just looking for cheap and near the beach this is perfect.

Cons:

Bugs, just because of beach and greenery all around they are everywhere.
Room facilities not great, shower does get hot if you leave it running for 10 mins.
Bathroom not great, mouldy and rusty and an old bucket to catch drips
Greatly lower your expectations from the photos so you will not be disappointed, as it does not look like that,although it appears that some maintenance is being done.
