A small heaven in Phu Quoc :)
Pros:

A peaceful place, surrounded by the cutest garden and animals. Rooms are clean, fully equipped and so cute! Staff is kind and attentive, they helped me with a problem I faced and supported me through my stay. I definitely recommend this place :)

Pros:

It is a homestay, so expected a decent stay.

Cons:

We stayed at this homestay in Phu Quoc for 2 nights, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a very unpleasant experience that affected our trip.

Firstly, on arrival, we had to wait around 45 minutes just to be allotted a room. We had plans to visit the night market, but this delay disrupted everything. During this time, the staff seemed confused about payment methods, and instead of handling it professionally, the owner spoke rudely when we asked for an update, asking us to “go sit” while she continued her discussion. This gave us a very bad first impression.

Secondly, the AC in our room was not working. Despite informing them multiple times, they initially asked us to “wait for it to cool,” which never happened. It was already late at night, and we were extremely tired. Instead of offering a proper solution, they asked us to shift rooms just for one night and move back again the next morning—which was very inconvenient given our early plans. When we requested a room change for the full stay, we were bluntly told: “Either change for tonight or check out.” This was quite shocking and unprofessional.

The communication throughout was very rude. We even received messages pressuring us to shift rooms immediately or check out, despite already informing their staff of our decision.

Another issue was with a rental scooter we took from them. The key cover was already damaged, but they accused us of breaking it and asked us to compensate. Even after we explained, they were adamant. Later, they said they wouldn’t charge us only because of the AC issue—not because they accepted the truth.

Additionally, basic services were lacking:

Dinner orders were not accepted after 7:30 PM, which is highly inconvenient for tourists., though mentioned dinner served upto 9PM.
When we contacted them at 10:30 PM regarding island tour bookings (which they themselves had suggested), we were told very rudely not to “disturb” them after 10 PM as it was their sleeping time.

Klidný a příjemný rodinný resort
Pros:

Naprosto kouzelný hotel
Mnoho vyžití mimo koupaní na pláži - kulečník, paintball, pingpong, pickleball, králíčci, arkádová herna, karaoke, bazény...
Nejlepší byla obsluha, každý vás zdraví, každý se na vás usmívá...
Snídaně byly velmi rozmanité a každý den se měnili.
Byli jsme tam přes týden a s námi jenom 11 dalších pokojů, takže jste přes den téměř nikoho v celém resortu nepotkali.
Úklid pokoje každý den (ať jste chtěli nebo nechtěli :D )
Málo lidí během týdne (ne o víkendu), takže na všech atrakcích bylo volno.

Cons:

Jediné, co nebylo úplně ono bylo jídlo v restauraci. Bohužel menu je velmi přizpůsobené evropské stravě a i když jsme si dali něco vietnamského, nebylo to na takové úrovni, jako když jdete do kterékoliv vietnamské restaurace v okolí. Poslala bych snídaňového kuchaře i na večeře. :)
Také vše v resortu zavírá do 22 hodin, což je zase pochopitelné, protože se jedná o rodinný resort převážně.
Stavba vedle hotelu probíhá do 22:00 a venku byla slyšet. Jakmile jste ale na pokoji, není slyšet vůbec nic (villa Penguin)
Pláž je prostorná a příjemná. Byly zde celkem velké vlny, což byla pro nás zábava, pro rodiny asi ne. Jeden den bylo až moc odpadků v moři, jinak vždy jindy dobré.

Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay here. The space looks exactly like in the photos, which I always appreciate. The room was beautiful, with a lovely view of the jungle that made the atmosphere very peaceful.

Everything was clean and well prepared when I arrived. There were also very cute cats around the property, which made the place feel even more cozy and welcoming.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place surrounded by nature.

Cons:

There were a couple of things that could be improved. The room could be cleaned more often — during my one-week stay there was only one cleaning, and this was not communicated in advance.

Another thing that surprised me was the security deposit of 1,000,000 VND that I was asked to pay on arrival. It was returned after the room was inspected, but the process felt a bit uncomfortable. In most hotels the room check usually happens after the guest has already left, so this experience felt a little unusual.

Ein gutes Hotel für Backpacker
Pros:

Das Hotel ist schön und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet! Der Staff ist extrem freundlich ( Ausnahme ist die Managerin). Gutes Essen.

Cons:

Die Toilette ist nicht auf dem gleichen Boden wie das Schlafzimmer, für ältere Leute nicht geeignet!
In der Beschreibung des Hotels steht dass ein Flughafenshuttle angeboten wird, was jedoch abgelehnt wurde! Zimmerreinigung nur 1 mal in sechs Tagen.
Das Hotel ist abgelegen in einer einsamen Gegend.

Interesting and cozy
Pros:

The place is cozy, well maintained, unique and well run. There are different types of rooms so it's difficult to generalize, your experience will depend on which room you book. Owner arranged scooter rent, they wash your clothes and I'm sure helps with anything else you might need.

Cons:

Wi-Fi isn't great, sometimes it's good, most of the time it ain't.
Location is okay if you rent a scooter, otherwise there isn't really anything around that you can walk to.
In rooms that share walls with others you can hear everything.

Pros:

Очень круто продуманный номер: идеально разделены зона сна и зона для жизни/готовки, всё оборудовано действительно всем необходимым для комфортного быта. Всё супер-чисто, уютно и современно.
Сервис на высочайшем уровне! Пользовались услугой стирки, вещи вернули идеально выстиранными, выглаженными и сложенными. Отдельное спасибо за это.
На всей территории отеля нет назойливых насекомых, постоянно проводят обработку, и это реально чувствуется и очень радует.
Персонал потрясающий, все очень доброжелательные, с отличным английским. Администратор (большое спасибо ей!) помогла забронировать спа и столик в ресторане, чтобы красиво отметить мой день рождения, всё прошло просто волшебно, остались самые тёплые воспоминания.
И да, котики на территории, это отдельная история 😻 Все ручные, ласковые, мурлыкают и позируют для фото. Они добавили ещё больше уюта нашему отдыху.
Однозначно вернёмся сюда снова! Рекомендую всем от души ❤️
