L’emplacement.
We stayed in one of the lofts that faced the cute little alley next to the entrance to the lofts and it was so perfect! We ended up having to stay at a few hotels during our Montreal stay and this one was by far our favorite. The loft had such a charming feel to it while still being modern. And all of the furniture was super comfy! It was so centrally located that it was easy to get to everything by either walking, taking an Uber, or riding the metro. If we ever go back to Montreal, I'll be staying here for sure!
There was only one real issue which was I couldn't get the TV to work, but we had iPads and great wifi so it was no big deal and I'm sure I could have called the front desk and they would've taken care of it. The only thing for people to be aware of (which they're up front about but some may have missed) is that there aren't any elevators so depending on what floor you're on you could have quite a few stairs to walk up. We were on the sixth floor, but it really wasn't an issue for us. Someone helped carry our luggage up when we got there and I was able to carry them down myself when we left though I'm positive someone would have helped if I needed (depending on what time you're leaving). All in all, super happy and have nothing really negative to say.
Loved the space and the view from the loft. In an excellent position to explore old montreal. Staff were very accommodating and friendly
The lack of a lift was the only downside but we were aware and made sure we got our steps in
Perfect location
Bathroom lighting was lacking
Location .
Size of the room
Noise coming from the room above us
Décoration, ambiance équipement. La dame de la réception est d'une exceptionnelle disponibilité et d'une très grande générosité. Je crois c'est la manager
Le manque d'ascenseur, mais c'est normal dans le vieux Montréal
It was a wonderful location in Vieux Port, lots to see, places to eat and shops. The staff were warm and friendly. I dined several times at both Gaspar (dinner) and Pincette (breakfast and lunch). The food and beverages were exceptional.
I stayed in the Lofts and my room was large, clean and inviting.
I didn’t like the entrance to the Lofts - in a separate building from the hotel by a short walk - as it was basic and was not consistent with the overall quality of the property.
Property was well located in downtown area and quiet given its location. Property was spacious and contained all required amenities. Included shared laundry appliances in hallway.
No lift to upper levels. Heating was a little hard to understand for foreigners/beginners but was worked out eventually.
Dårlig morgenmad og fraværende personale i restaurant
The apartment and location was fabulous - with Montreal Old Town right out the door, along with restaurants, shops and sites to visit. The front desk and bellhop were VERY helpful, including getting our bags from our car to the room, and taking care of valet-parking our car. Most sites were a short walk away. The subway was just a short, pleasant walk and allowed us to get to the Expo 67 world's fair site (now a lovely, large park) and St. Joseph's Oratory. This is wonderful apartment in a great location!
Our apartment was several flights up stairs and there is no elevator. This was not a negative for us and we we were aware ahead of our stay. The staff was incredibly helpful moving our bags in, including getting our bags from the car park a block or so away.
For us, it was well worth the amenities, but be aware if climbing the stairs presents a problem for you. If it is, then the hotel rooms look like a very nice alternative.
Good location. Great staff. Clean.
La pression de la douche est horrible. Impossible de se laver les cheveux.
Aucun miroir en long afin de voir pour aller à nos soirée et se préparer à plusieurs.
Location in Old Montreal in a good area for restaurants and walking. Staff at hotel very nice and had prosecco left in our room, when we mentioned it was our anniversary . They gave some good recommendations, i.e. Aura show at Notre Dame Basilica and Cafe Olimpico for coffee. Comfortable space.
Stairs were good exercise but a bit daunting with suitcases. Wifi was out for a day. Windows in loft a bit cloudy, hard to see through.
