Overall experience OK.
Pros:

No intercom facilities in rooms especially where we stayed at room no 206.
Exhaust is not provided in bathrooms hence it's always stinking smell.
Food quality is ok.
Mistakenly overcharged food bill when brought to notice the amount charged extra refunded.
There is still room left and scope for further improvement.

This is ok kind of hotel, don't expect much. Book this only if no other options available.
Pros:

Location of the hotel was okayish, there is a slum just in front of hotel which poses a bit of security concerns during night. We were asked for money and passed some comments which we ignored and moved on. Room size was decent, but given the amount they charged it should have been better.
Staff was polite but not well trained or professional
Good Parking space but open parking.

Cons:

Breakfast option was limited and just had south indian menu only. No juices, No live counter, only one fruit options. The kind of money they charged should have better breakfast option.
Staff was polite but not very professional.
Ala carte lunch and dinner options limited but seemed bit expensive compared to quality.
We were also not provided with welcome drink and cold towel but i saw other guests were provided in front of us.
TV was not working.

Pros:

My stay was comfortable. Suranya who was in the reception was very humble and helpful..Only problem was there was no shop nearby if you are hungry.The main road is about 100 metre walking distance.Rest was good. Very good breakfast

Cons:

I ordered water and it took nearly 2 hours to reach u which was very disappointing.

Pros:

The manager on duty , Dhurai, was an excellent host , gave advise on how to negotiate one’s way around the temple and even called an auto and negotiated the price. Since you did not accept international cards and we got there late at night he booked us in without any payment until the next day . He also brought some natural remedy for the flu that I was suffering. His excellent service made up for any shortcomings in the accommodation

Maybe the rooms need some renovation and th bath & toilet together were in a crammed space .
