Wonderful staff, I love the stay overall. Very happy experience.

The stay experience was wonderful.

Cons:

Floor was cleaned, but it was sticky because of the floor cleaner used. The floor was not professionally cleaned. This is very minor, just making a note so that this is taken care in future.

Overall experience OK.
Pros:

No intercom facilities in rooms especially where we stayed at room no 206.
Exhaust is not provided in bathrooms hence it's always stinking smell.
Food quality is ok.
Mistakenly overcharged food bill when brought to notice the amount charged extra refunded.
There is still room left and scope for further improvement.
