Loud people next to my room allllllll night
Nice modern boutique hotel convenient to downtown Detroit in Corktown with ample parking. Cool artistic flair. Walking distance to trendy local eateries. Staff was accommodating and friendly.
Rapid growth is transforming the Corktown neighborhood, which can feel like a construction zone in many areas. Historic areas are surrounded by industrial sites and major freeway barriers making the neighborhood feel somewhat isolated from the energy of Downtown Detroit.

Felt like a safe location. Close to venues. Clean rooms. Elevators need work.
Area rug looked dingy.
