The only downside was that the walls were a little thin. There were children in the next room making noise, which woke us up twice during the night.

Fiind un grup mai mare o parte am rămas să facem rafting și 3adulti si un copil au mers la cazare cand am ajuns si noi ceilalți au spus că Booking nu le a transmis rezervarea si ne au pus să eliberam cele 2 camere.
Menționez că in incinta restaurantului era o petrecere si seara o nuntă. Eu cred ca ne au dat camerele celor de acolo.
Au încercat să ne ofere alta cazare la niste preturi mai mari cu paturi la comun si fără mic dejun.
A trebuit să ne cautam altă cazare pe o căldură infernala și cu copilul care are autism.

Pas de douchette dans la douche juste le haut oublie mouillé cheveux

They charged €15 to use our card for room payment which is absurd.
We stayed in the family room in the loft. There was absolutely NO soundproofing and it was horrendous and paper thin We could hear EVERYTHING nextdoor and it felt like there were in the same room as us. This was not only disturbing but totally intrusive. It ruined our time here which is so sad as the location is beautiful. The noise from the main bar was very loud and we could just about deal with this but the nextdoor noise was just not acceptable.
We talked to them about this and they said no one was staying nextdoor from now on so we'd be okay. That wasn't the case and the room was booked last minute. They did move us to the lodges outside and they were fantastic but they then charged us extra for this. They couldn't accommodate us for the last night in a lodge so we ended up leaving as we couldn't face another night in the main hotel room.
The breakfast was the same every day even for 5 nights. No water or coffee included which felt very stingy.
There was no hairdryer in the loft room, no mini fridge and and no chest of drawers just a wardrobe.
The customer service was nonexistent and we left feeling so deflated.
The outside lodges that you book separately are great and we recommend them. They had a hairdryer , fridge and we're much better sound proofed. Still the same breakfast though!

Les lits étaient pas confortable et branlant j’ai retrouvé une bouteille et des canettes derrière le les couloirs étaient très bruyant

Prima cosa: non c'è una reception e ci hanno accolti dal ristorante; il ché sarebbe anche ok se non fosse per tutti questi altri problemi: stanza piccola e poco attrezzata (non c'era un tavolino né un frigo); le lenzuola erano macchiate e piene di capelli; mancava il doccia schiuma nel bagno; nonostante c'era la predisposizione per l'idroscopino di fianco alla tazza del water, non è stato poi montato e quindi il bidet si poteva fare solo in doccia. 

Il WI fi era debole e spesso assente al di fuori della stanza. 

Per quanto la colazione, come altri hanno già segnalato, ci hanno portato poche cose senza chiederci preferenze né intolleranze, e soprattutto senza includere il caffè che abbiamo pagato a parte. Sabato sera siamo dovuti andare a letto tardi, perché c'era una serata con balli e musiche per esterni nel ristorante, con un volume talmente talmente forte da far vibrare tutta la stanza. 

Se siete allergici ad api e vespe lo sconsiglierei fortemente perché almeno in questo periodo (agosto) ce ne sono in abbondanza, un po' in tutta l'area.

Κρεβατια που τρίζουν,κλιματιστικό που δεν δουλευε,πρωινο που επιλεγουν αυτοι και αν ζητησεις καφε στον χρεωνουν,ολο το βραδυ ακουγαμε την μουσικη απο το ισογειο που ειχε καποιο παρτυ.Ειχαμε κανει κρατηση για δυο βραδια και φυγαμε το επομενο πρωι.Πληρωσαμε και δεν πηραμε ουτε αποδειξη..

Purtroppo la doccia era bollente, ustionante e la struttura lo sapeva. Ma non aveva una stanza libera per farci cambiare..ha detto che l'idraulico è venuto più volte inutilmente ma sarebbe stato più saggio chiamarmi o scrivermi e annullare la prenotazione. Dopo le terme solfuree senza doccia non è il massimo.
Altro problema, dalle 6 del mattino all'ultimo piano la soletta in legno trasmetteva ogni rumore di quelli della soffitta (i dipendenti?) in pratica non ho più dormito

Besides the restaurant serving great food, the stay in the hotel was beyond disappointing. Our triple room was not ready although we arrived within the check-in time frame. We couldn't sleep all night as the beds kept creaking. What's worse, we had no privacy: the cleaning staff were air drying hotel sheets right outside our window in the afternoon, evening, and the next morning. The curtains were see-through and it was practically impossible to change clothes and shower. We communicated this concern to the manager and his response was "So, what's the problem?" There was no fridge, the TV remote did not work, and we had to ask for hand soap and shampoo as the bathroom didn't have any.
