Ocean front location.
Toilet was not clean. A ring of mold was visible inside the toilet bowl. Dark mold was abundant along the caulked lines on the floor. The bathroom has a smell to it. The included breakfast is mediocre and even below average. The fact that you pay at the time you check in and have to put down a 500000 VND deposit in cash tells you about their base customers. I have never been to a resort that charges extra money for a beach towel!!!

The property is really bad, it’s to far from the beach it’s so inconvenient to access to everywhere we need to go.
Staff so unfriendly, badly breakfast.
The hotel we stayed at is very well built — it’s a new establishment with rooms fitted to a solid 4- to 5-star standard. The mattresses and pillows were excellent, there was an iron in the room, and the space was generous — everything as it should be. Having previously worked in the hotel industry myself, I can confidently say the room amenities were top-tier.
However, the management — or rather, the glaring lack of it — was painfully evident during the holiday rush starting on the 30th of April, when many Vietnamese families arrived for their break. Despite the hotel’s potential, the absence of competent oversight became crystal clear.
I was also rather surprised by the kitchen: while the food itself was quite good, the approach to hygiene was, frankly, questionable. I witnessed a chef taste soup directly from the communal pot with a ladle — in full view of the guests (!). That’s not just unprofessional, it’s a public health concern.
Communication between reception and the restaurant was also an ongoing disaster. Every single day for five consecutive days, I had to approach the front desk, show my booking, then walk to the restaurant, only to be told my breakfast wasn’t included — even though it was fully paid for. Back I’d go to reception, where the staff did their best (bless them, they really tried), running around for 30 minutes before something was finally sorted and I was allowed in. This happened daily. Identically.
Honestly, perhaps it’s time to consider assigning an actual manager during breakfast hours, especially when dealing with large crowds.

Hotel views and room size were nice. Staff were helpful.
It was very sad and disappointing to see the state of the beach full of plastics and trash and none of the superbig hotels doing anything about it. I understand that is a bigger issue and maybe the currents bring the garbage but there are ways to contribute to solve the problem since they sell the location as a beach place and there is nothing else around. Hotels could get a machine to remove and clean the beach and the shore. The beach is amazing and super long, they have everything to become a great beach holiday destination but not this way, not full of trash.
On top of that, when the cleaners did my room 1st day, they threw away the shower cap I left hanging on the shower wall and my own toothpaste, and the 2nd day, they threw away my own toothbrush which was placed inside the glass the hotels provide next to the sinks. Obviously. I learned the lesson and next days I did leave everything inside my toilet purse…
There is nothing else around rather than trash. No restaurants, no businesses, so get ready to eat all your meals at the hotel paying their price.
