Family room is ok but the other ones are really in need of some help
Our stay was absolutely amazing. The property was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed it truly felt like a home away from home.
The owner was incredible responsive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their hospitality made all the difference.
I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back!
I absolutely loved my stay here! The artwork throughout the property was beautiful and added such a unique, thoughtful touch. The neighboring pool was perfect for relaxing, and everything was incredibly clean and well maintained.
The location couldn’t have been more convenient close to everything we needed. What really took it to the next level was the service: they did our laundry for just $10 USD, washed, folded, and delivered it right back to our room. Truly above and beyond!
I would 100% stay here again.

Les douches + WC sont vraiment à proximité des lits, du coup quand une personne prend une douche ou tire la chasse d'eau, on entend tout le bruit et pour se reposer, dormir parfois c'est un peu limite ...
You get all the facilities of Sandbar AND the bed and bath are better than Sandbar’s
good option for san pedro. the room was a good size and private bathroom was a bonus, the showers heat was adjustable and really good pressure (which is difficult to find travelling).
you have access to the sandbar pool which is a huge bonus. such a nice pool with great views and sunbeds.
we got the double room with private bathroom and it didn’t come with a toaster & kettle like stated which was a bit disappointing.
the kitchen was ok, had all you needed but filled with mosquitos - making it difficult to stay in there for long to cook
Drift Inn is a cute little spot. Good vibes and has everything you need. The free coffee and tea in the morning is a nice bonus. It’s attached to the Sandbar beach hostel, so you are able to use the rooftop infinity pool overlooking the ocean as well as the restaurant and bar areas. It has its own little pool too to hang out after 10pm when sandbar pool closes.
This has less to do with the hotel and more to do with San Pedro, but there is no beach. The entire area is primarily docks with nowhere to really swim in the ocean or lay out on the sand. You have to drive 40 min to Secret Beach, which still isn’t really a beach, to lay out on chairs and swim. This was a really big bummer for us.
Great location. The staff helped me check in early which was very nice. She did have a slight weird attitude when i asked some questions which was weird, but I believe she had good intentions. not a fan of the floors in the room. Although the room was clean, some parts of the room weren't spotless-- like the fridge, for example.
Excellent location, great room, loads of room, super comfortable bed and good bathroom. Lovely to be able to help yourself to free water and coffee. Access to sister hotel rooftop pool with stunning sea views. Great staff and a couple of lovely resident cats 😊
We enjoyed the location being so close to downtown and the beachfront walk to get everywhere. We only rented a golf cart for one day during our stay to explore more of the caye, otherwise we were able to walk. The room was clean & spacious and we enjoyed the communal kitchen for chats with other guests. Friendly, relaxed vibes all around. Thanks for an amazing stay!
The A/C was almost too strong! We woke up cold a few mornings, but others may find appreciate this. Otherwise nothing we did not like.
