khách sạn tốt nhưng có 1 nhân viên không chuẩn mực.
Pros:

phòng sạch sẽ, giá cả hợp lý, vị trí gần hồ tây chỉ cách mấy bước đi bộ.

Cons:

tất cả mọi thứ đều và đáng lẽ tôi đã đánh giá 10 điểm cho đến khi có 1 cu em nhân viên nam liên tục hỏi 2 vợ chồng tôi thanh toán tiền phòng chưa 3 ngày liên tiếp cứ mỗi lần ra khỏi thang máy là lại hỏi với theo rất là mất lịch sự, ngồi trực thì xoay ngang điện thoại. còn bé nhân viên nữ thì rất lễ phép và chuyên nghiệp. tôi rất mong các bạn chấn chỉnh để phục vụ tốt hơn. dù sao cũng cảm ơn rất nhiều vì kỳ nghỉ.

Pros:

The location was great right next to the lake and lots of eating places. We are travelling by bicycle and our bikes were stored securely in the hotel garage. We were waiting for visa's for China and booked our room day to day. The staff were very helpful with this and did not book the room out to anyone else. The room was cleaned regularly and bedding changed. The bed was super comfy, which good because we stayed for over 2 weeks. We will definitely stay again when we return to Hanoi.

Cons:

The view from our window was another wall and a few aircon units., but this was on the ground floor. Our original room was a better view, but we had to move due to the toilet being blocked and maybe this room was the only one available.
