This is NOT a 3 star hotel or even close to it. Really felt more like a Hostal to be honest. Super noisy-bring ear plugs. Area is great though and right in the middle of it all.

Nooo me gusto nada pues ,llegamos y en el baño solo havia un Rollo de papel higienico casi por terminar,en la cama 2 toallas enrrolladas,humedas,y sucias,baje y Reclame y mejor dieron unas secas,y luego tenia que madrugar a viajar y nooo huvo agua ni para lavarse la cara,y el precio de estadia,superior a otros que he estado en cuenca ,con mejor servicio y mejor atencion me senti Robado pues cobraron por adelantado,ese citio es una porqueria
