Pros:

Très belle chambre en plein de coeur de Hoi An, nous avons été parfaitement accueillis et accompagnés par les hôtes. L'emplacement est parfait, la chambre tout équipée et bien climatisée. Je recommande fortement !

Nous avons adoré nos 4 jours dans ce homestay ! Vraiment quel plaisir de trouver des endroits comme cela pour se reposer… la chambre était impeccable ! Draps propre, salle de bain propre avec une douche avec de la pression, et une clim fonctionnelle.
Très très bien situé dans une petite rue à l’écart de l’agitation, super agréable de rentrer le soir de la vieille ville en passant dans ces petites rues si mignonnes.
A 5 mins a pied des premiers magasins et bar de la vieille ville. Avec un super banh min à 100m.
Et surtout la gentillesse de nos hôtes !! Elle a pu nous aider sur tellement de choses, et le monsieur le soir nous accueillait toujours avec le sourire :)
Nous reviendrons forcement à Hoi An et nous re dormirons ici.

Muy buena atención y ubicación
Pros:

Los hospedadores son super amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Me recomendaron actividades, lugares de compras, me alquilaron una bicicleta y me ayudaron gestionando el traslado al aeropuerto. La ubicación es muy buena también, lugar tranquilo pero muy cerca del centro. Recomiendo el lugar.

Pros:

La proprietaria merita un 10 e lode, una persona che ti fa sentire subito a tuo agio, come se ci fossi amica da sempre, che ti sa consigliare, gentile. Siccome non aveva posto una notte in più nella sua struttura ho dovuto prenotare altrove e mi ha accompagnata lei con il motorino. Camera pulita.

Cons:

La mia stanza era davvero piccola (stanza vicino alla reception) con una finestra piccola ma che al mattino ha inondato la stanza di luce (impossibile arrivare alla finestra per chiudere la tenda. Non c’è un valido punto di appoggio nè in bagno nè in camera ed ho dovuto mettere tutto sul pavimento. Quindi la stanza di cui ho usufruito è ok per una sola notte per una sola persona.

Pros:

Die Inhaberin ist so unglaublich lieb und zuvorkommend, hilft bei absolut allem und ist immer erreichbar. Sie gibt Tipps und Tricks für die besten Orte und warnt vor Abzockern, sagt einem die vernünftige ln preise für Kleidung und Souvenirs. Und sie kümmert sich um Eintrittskarten für Shows oder Ausflüge. Würde vorher gewarnt die Sachen vom Hostel oder so immer zu vergleichen weil die teilweise mehr verlangen, bei ihr habe ich für die Memories show sogar weniger gezahlt als beim Anbieter selbst!! Ich habe mich super wohl gefühlt und würde immer wieder kommen! Vielen Dank!

The owners was welcoming and caring ,they helped with all my needs and organised all my tours with good communication and good prices ,my room was clean and functional with air conditioning ,the homestay is in a good location to old town river and is walking distance , thankyou once again for my lovely stay

Great location, room and owners
Pros:

Great location and owners were super nice. Was able to rent a bicycle for one of the days I stayed.

Cons:

Door auto locked once you closed it which is handy since you can’t leave without locking but 2 things (1) when I left one time and immediately realized I didn’t have key, I had to get owners to open door for me which they happily did; of more concern to me was (2) the fact that I had no ability to double lock or deadbolt my door once I was in for the night.

Fantastic! Highly recommend.
Pros:

Host are incredibly nice and caring. Facilities are spotlessly clean. Location is 8 minute walk to waterfront and lantern boats. 1 minute walk to McDonalds and KFC if needed. Restaurants and shops everywhere.

Cons:

Nothing bad.

Огромная благодарность владельцам отеля. У меня было ощущение что я как дома, так тепло меня приняли и такая семейная атмосфера в этом отеле. Очень отзывчивые владельцы. Очень хорошее расположение, всего несколько минут до старого города. Сам отель расположен на тихой и красивой улочке и поэтому шум города не мешает спать ночью. Очень рекомендую.

La proprietaria era gentile e disponibile, la struttura in un punto ottimo per raggiungere facilmente il centro, appena fuori la zona pedonale

Nulla! C’è la doccia al centro del bagno che per noi occidentali spesso e’ considerata “strana” ma in realtà la pulizia e’ talmente precisa ed ottima che non crea nessun fastidio
