We enjoyed our stay here
Pros:

It was spacious and clean, there was enough kitchen utensils for everybody. Beds were big and comfortable.
Bathroom fully equipped and with enough supplies.
We liked the big table where we could all sit together and not feel crowded.

Cons:

It’s more building problem not the apartment itself but the elevator was not working (was stuck between the floors) and due to weekend service didn’t fix it.

Für eine einfache Unterkunft war es wirklich ok und wenn man nicht viele Ansprüche hat, kann man es dort aushalten.
Pros:

War wirklich gut ausgestattet. Wir haben teilweise auch daheim gegessen, da die Küche einige Nutzungsmöglichkeiten geboten hat.

Cons:

Leider etwas eklig und dreckig. Am stoffbezogenen Bett klebten alte Rest von -wollten wir nicht genau wissen-, beim eintreten begrüßten und Haare und ein Zopfgummi.

Appartement adapté pour un court séjour à Berlin.
Pros:

Bonne situation géographique : bus devant la porte ou métro à 300m. Supermarché en face de l'appartement.

Cons:

Mauvaise insonorisation. Manque d'équipements : seulement 4 fourchettes et pas de grande casserole. Rideaux pas suffisamment occultants. Lits qui grincent.

Apartment was good value and right across the street from a lidl meaning it was easy to stock up on essentials.

Cons:

No Tv and 1 Towel for 4 nights is not the best but cannot complain for the price we paid!

Pros:

Está muy cerca de una boca de metro. Tiene un Lidl justo enfrente y un Peny al lado. En el apartamento hay todo lo necesario para unos días.

Cons:

La calle no muy bonita ni acogedora, pero una calle más abajo es un barrio bonito y tranquilo. Zona en obras y oscura de noche. El ascensor es antiguo.

We vonden bedwantsen, de vloeren zijn vies en sommige keukenspullen waren ook nog vies. Toen we het noodnummer belde ivm de bedwantsen, kregen we geen hulp van de manager!!

Terrible stay. The construction in 15 meters from the bedroom started at 7am every morning

Pretty decent equipment.

Cons:

Terrible communication. No mentioning of a big construction next to the apartment that started at 7am every morning. The management refused to find another apartment on the quiet side of the street. No reimbursement possible. Please avoid this place, there are a lot of better options in Berlin for the the same price

Wir haben Anfang Dez dort gebucht wir waren geschäftlich unterwegs und die Buchhaltung war nicht in der Lage mir eine Rechnung auszustellen die ich gebraucht hätte für das Finanzamt!!!! Also wer geschäftlich buchen will finder weg
