Ermüdend - ausserdem sind die Verantwortlichen schlecht erreichbar
Cons:

Die Aussicht aus der Wohnung ist trist. Das ginge aber noch, würde sie nicht direkt an eine riesige Baustelle grenzen, über die man uns bei der Buchung nicht informiert hat. Solange die da bauen, ist die Wohnung nicht zu empfehlen.

Für uns war super!
Pros:

Wir hatten ausreichend Platz für 8 Personen. Die Betten und die Schlafcouch waren bequem. Die Wohnung war sauber. Die U-Bahn- Haltestelle ist in Nähe.

Cons:

Die Fenster sind nicht schallisoliert, deswegen war es nachts etwas laut, aber so ist Berlin halt.

The beds were comfortable

Only having 1 WC for the size of the property. The bathroom and shower was very old. The sofa was uncomfortable and needs updating

I booked it for 4 Nights and they sent me email to check out after 3 nights. I paid for 4 nights but i stayed only 3 nights.

Schmutziges Bettlaken, dreckiges Handtuch, gebrauchtes Taschentuch unter Bett, Herd dreckig, Zahnpastadeckel in Abflussrohr, dreckige Fenster, keine Rauchmelder, kein deutsprachiger Kontakt. Extrem laut und hellhörig.

Could have been much much better for the money i paid.
Pros:

The property had good living room, bedrooms and the location of the property was good closer to bus stop , lidl and penny supermarket. 4.5 kms from Berliin cental station etc.

Cons:

This property known as "Flattering Berlin" has staircase the only option to reach 5th floor which was terrible experience and I was never informed about this when i booked. I booked this property for 3 nights from June 17th until 20th for my family consisting of 2 kids and 2 elderly parents aged 70. We had to climb all 5 floors up and down after completing our tiresome trip everyday in the scothing heat in Berlin.

"This is not how you project or advertise your property in booking.com". Never ever would you do this again to another customer will be my request. I am a regular traveller and i book my rooms with booking.com. This was the most upset moment i faced ever in Berlin.

And when i raised this as an issue regarding the elevator i was told that a fix will be done quickly. Later on 18th June I happened to meet a maintanance guy downstairs of the building who said there is a case in the court going on to operate this elevator since April. Then why was i told that there will be a fix done? What sort of response was that ? Is this how you treat your customers?

Also kitchen was so moderate that even there were no spoons, or knife or fork. I had to get it from nearby market.

With this extreme heat in June maybe an air cooler could have been there on the room that those remote operated fans which was still bringing in heat from the top as i was in the 5th floor above which it was roof.

Pros:

Ruime kamers, goede bedden, voldoende ingerichte keuken. Dicht bij een supermarkt.

Cons:

Geen uitzicht, nu zelfs op een bouwput.
Glazen en kopjes waren net genoeg mag ruimer

Un très agréable séjour à Berlin
Pros:

La localisation et la facilité d’accès
Appartement agréable
Nous étions 6 donc c’est très bien d’avoir deux WC et deux salles de bain.

Cons:

Il faudrait un peu plus de vaisselle et un balai.
Deux torchons au lieu d’un seul.
Pas assez de volume d’eau chaude pour faire la vaisselle dans l’évier de la cuisine. Le bouchon de l’évier ne fonctionne pas
Des stores pourraient être installés aux fenêtres des chambres.
