Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.
Children allowed in the pool everyday between 8:30 am to 11:30 am
Photography and videography are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including guest rooms and public areas, in order to protect the privacy of our members and guests.
Only registered guests are permitted access to the property and guest rooms. Outside visitors, additional guests, or unregistered individuals are not allowed to enter the property at any time.
Soho House Tel Aviv is a private members’ club that regularly hosts events and social gatherings. העיצוב, האיכות, הבריכה, הבר, החדר, המיטה.
מקלחת נהדרת, שירות מעולה!! הכי טוב שהיינו בתל אביב יפו
המקום עצמו יפה ומעוצב, והחדר היה נעים.
הזמנו חדר שהוצג כחדר עם נוף לבריכה. כשהגענו נאמר לנו ש״שדרגו״ אותנו לחדר טוב יותר, רק ללא הנוף לבריכה, ובפועל קיבלנו נוף לקיר/למבנה. בדיעבד הבנו שלמיטב ידיעתנו בכלל אין במלון חדרים עם נוף ממשי לבריכה, ולכן לא ברור למה מציגים אפשרות כזאת בעת ההזמנה.
הבריכה קטנה וצפופה מאוד ואין מספיק כיסאות ומקומות ישיבה ביחס לכמות האנשים. ביום השני הגענו מוקדם במיוחד כדי למצוא מקום וגם אז לא היה. כשפנינו לצוות נאמר לנו להמתין עד בערך 11:30, כשהילדים יצאו מהבריכה ואז אולי יתפנה מקום. לא ברור למה אורח שמשלם על מלון צריך לחכות שאורחים אחרים יעזבו כדי שיוכל להשתמש בבריכה.
גם השירות בבריכה היה איטי מאוד. כמעט כל דבר שהזמנו לקח בסביבות שעה להגיע, גם כשלא היה עומס.
בנוסף, הרגשנו שיש הרבה יותר חשיבות לחברי ה-Membership מאשר לאורחי המלון. עם כל הכבוד לקונספט של המועדון, אם אורחי המלון שמשלמים מחיר גבוה על השהייה נמצאים בעדיפות שנייה ולא יכולים ליהנות בצורה סבירה מהמתקנים, אז לא ברור למה בכלל מקבלים אורחים במלון.
יש גם מגבלות על צילום ועל שיחות טלפון באזורים מסוימים, שלא צוינו בפנינו בעת ההזמנה. אלו מגבלות שצריך לציין בצורה ברורה לפני שהלקוח מזמין ומשלם, ולא אחרי שהוא כבר מגיע למלון.
גם נושא החיובים היה מבלבל. קיבלנו במהלך השהות חשבוניות במייל על החדר ועל ההזמנות בבריכה ולכן היינו בטוחים שכבר חויבנו, ורק בצ׳ק-אאוט התברר שהחיובים עדיין לא בוצעו.
המארחת בכניסה, ג׳אנה, הייתה אדיבה ומאירת פנים באופן יוצא מן הכלל, הצוות סופר נחמד ופשוט כיף להיות ❤️

הפתעתי את אשתי לום הולדת, כבר בקבלה היו חמים נורא ופינקו אותנו בחדר משודרג ומגש פירות ליום הולדת.
האוכל היה טעים, האווירה, המבנה המהמם, באמת אווירה 10/10
הבריכה הייתה עמוסה, לפעמים יותר מדיי.
יש גם חברי מועדון ולפעמים לאורח המלון פשוט לא היה מקום לשכב או לשבת ליד הבריכה שזה קצת מבאס ומוזר.
חדר מעולה. מיקום מעולה.
בריכה מפוצצת בילדים מבחוץ (תושבי העיר)- לא יכולנו להתקרב. וכך גם הארוחת בוקר.
