Nothing I booked for 2 nights, but left after the first night. The beds are so uncomfortable, with loose screws and shaky makes noise whenever any touches it. The floor was so filthy dirty, toilet and bathroom we had to clean it again so we could at least spent a night. I cancelled my second night and drove through the night back to York as we couldn’t have another night here. There a no smoking sign in the room but full of cigarettes bits
First when we arrived at 7:30pm a fellow Asian tenant appeared who couldn’t speak proper English and told us a they was mistake in booking so our room wasn’t ready but I had been communicating with the host few days before about my booking and arranging permits for parking. We got a different room while the fellow tenant was busy cleaning our own. After an hour we moved in and we started the proper cleaning so that we could at least sleep one night. The microwave was worse than the toilet seat. The only good thing was the shower and parking permit. Tv remote doesn’t work, and no even Freeview is there, I suppose they don’t want to pay tv licence. I will not stay here ever again.

Contact number listed on this app does not go through, only got correct number from property owner. Room was dirty,was not cleaned after previous occupant. Bed linen when we asked for it,was not so fresh. Kitchen is said to be available one would assume like other similar facilities you can find utensils to use but there wasn't ,utensils belong to tenants at the property. It would be better not to list kitchen as available as its not so easy to bring in or buy utensils for a 2 nights or so stay. Toilet almost got blocked so as shower,water takes ages to flow almost spilling out of shower. Beds are squeaky, a little turn means a squeak....Disappointed
Nice spacious room with lots of facilities like fridge and microwave. Also had a fan, good for this weather. Well working TV.

The room was incredible dirty! All beds messed up! Shoes under bed. Beds full of bread crumbs and hair! Bin full of rubbish! House smeling pure curry and other stuff! Really really disappointed! We had to find another place to stay!

If I'm truly honest absolutely nothing!!! House was filthy dirty, when we arrived the room had not been cleaned from previous guests!!! If it was a mis communication with staff it would of been ok but after it was cleaned and was told it was ready , found it to be still filthy check the pictures!!!! While standing outside waiting for room to be cleaned I noticed the rubbish in front garden and a dirty mattress , I saw a rat run across front garden. Then around 4am I was woken to a neighbour banging on the front door to tell alert me about the rubbish which was on fire we had to put the fire out ourselves which was really distressing and scary , I then had anxiety couldn't sleep on bed either wasn't clean just really not good.

Lack of towels and floor was a bit dirty. Also bed in room 5 is extremely squeaky.
