Loved everything
Quiet clean and staff was very friendly - food was incredible too!
Nice building and good size rooms
The first night our room was opposite a nightclub which had music blasting out until 3:30.
The terrace bar was always full and we were very rifle told we need to make a reservation even though we were staying at the hotel.

Pour récupérer les bagages la personne de l accueil nous a remis au pif deux valises cabine alors que nous avions 2 grandes valises et deux cabines

Great location, top notch facility.
The room was small but very comfortable. The restaurant was amazing, the staff and food were excellent. All the staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly.

L’emplacement est exceptionnel, en plein cœur du Vieux-Montréal. Le personnel est également très agréable, souriant et accueillant. Nous étions au 7e étage et, contrairement à certains commentaires que nous avions lus, nous n’avons rencontré aucun problème d’insonorisation.
Le rapport qualité-prix est malheureusement très décevant pour un hôtel de cette gamme. La climatisation était très bruyante et fonctionnait difficilement, la poignée de la salle de bain était cassée et la chambre était poussiéreuse. Il n’y a pas de véritables volets, seulement un store qui laisse passer la lumière le matin. Les cartes de chambre se démagnétisent également très facilement : nous avons dû redescendre plusieurs fois à la réception pour les faire réactiver.
Nous avions aussi choisi cet hôtel notamment pour son rooftop. Lorsque nous avons voulu réserver, on nous a demandé de monter directement sur place, pour finalement découvrir qu’il était fermé. Nous avons donc réservé en ligne pour un autre moment, mais aucune priorité ne nous a été accordée en tant que clients de l’hôtel et nous avons été installés sur des tabourets au bar.
À ce niveau de prix, nous nous attendions à une prestation et à une attention aux détails nettement supérieures.
The location and restaurant/bar staff
We repeatedly reported the faulty spa bath in our room but nothing was done for the entirety of our stay. This meant we could only use the bath once per day and then wait until someone let the water out. Not ok. We repeated our dissatisfaction at check out and honestly the staff couldn’t have cared less
Great location, with lots of space in the room. Everything was very clean, and the bathroom was lovely.
We expected the room to be similar to the ones shown in the pictures on Booking.com. However, the furniture in our room was very old and did not match our expectations. It was also difficult to find convenient power outlets near the bed to charge our phones.
Los detalles que tuvieron el personal de limpieza durante la estancia, la habitación como tal nos encantó y la ubicación del hotel. El trato de los empleados del hotel, especialmente los que hicieron un esfuerzo en hablar español.
Que el ascensor de la terraza fuera el mismo de las habitaciones, qué no se le diera preferencia a los personas del hotel para usar la terraza y el trato de los empleados en el restaurante.
