Ce fut fort agréable et conviviale
Pros:

L’amabilité de notre hôte ainsi que sa rapidité de ses réponses. La confort du matelas.

Cons:

Quelques chaudrons de plus. Un peu loin du centre-ville, mais acceptable.

Pros:

The location is good, a few minutes walking from the ferry and max. 5 minutes to the city center.
It is a fairly quiet street (no buggies going by nonstop).
The view from the rooftop is nice.
The apartment has a fridge, microwave, stove and a few utensils, e.g. to make coffee.

Cons:

Be aware that most rooms only have windows to the hallway (no outside windows) so if you want some fresh air, it may be noisy with people walking by in the hallway.
I was there for five nights and my room never got cleaned, no fresh towels, trash collection etc.
Kitchen utensils are quite minimal (no pots). Sufficient to cut some fruit but don't plan on cooking actual meals.
The water in the shower was barely warm and that only for a very short time.

Le logement est situé au calme, on peut tout de même se déplacer a pied. L'hôte est sympa et donne des conseils utiles. De l'eau chaude et de la pression dans la douche. Rooftop sympa avec la piscine.

Cons:

Pas beaucoup d'équipements pour la cuisine et logement pas trop bien isolé phoniquement comme la plupart des logements au mexique

Me encanto la ubicación, muy cercano al punto de llegada, y tambien la cercanía con el centro.
En las.noches se descansa plenamente eso se agradece.

Pros:

Lamento la mala valoración, pero esto consiste en ser objetivo para ayudar a futuros viajeros. Este hotel nos decepcionó ampliamente y no cumplió lo que esperábamos según el anuncio. Las fotos no muestran la realidad como es, y para nada tiene 4 estrellas.

Cons:

- hay una falta general de mantenimiento e higiene en las instalaciones.
- el cuarto es pequeño, solamente la cama sin más espacio. Lo que se anuncia como armario no existe, es una barra con dos perchas sin más espacio para la ropa, tienes que dejarla por el suelo en la habitación de la cocina y entrada
- lo que se anuncia como cocina en la práctica tampoco existe, ya que había decenas de hormigas en la encimera, avisé de ello y me contestaron que "estábamos en una isla y no usaban productos de limpieza no naturales, mira, ahí en la pared hay una lagartija". Obviamente entiendo que es una isla, he estado en muchas otras, pero espero una cocina sin insectos para poder comer y cocinar.
Además no estaba para nada provista: una sartén PEQUEÑA Y RALLADA. Nada más, ni olla, ni nada para hacer café, ni aceite y sal, que lógicamente no te vas a comprar para 2 días.
- a lo anterior se añade que no hay servicio de limpieza. Si estás 3 días pasas los 3 días conviviendo con las migas en el suelo, la arena, y tus papeles del wc. Si lo pides expresamente te hacen limpieza solo de la franja que has pedido.
- la piscina es otro ejemplo de algo anunciado que no es como aparece. En la realidad es una piscina muy pequeña, no cubre, y lo peor, estaba el agua turbia y sucia, no sé veía ni el fondo, otra cosa que no pudimos utilizar.
- las cortinas son finísimas, no tapan nada la luz, ni las paredes los ruidos. Da a una terraza común por lo que si hay alguien no tendrás demasiada intimidad en el cuarto.
- tuvo un fallo la cisterna y se medio inundó el baño. También el grifo era una caracola que estaba rota y al rozarla pinchaba y hacia daño, y vimos pelos de barba de afeitado dentro.
- tampoco hay una recepción per se, si necesitas algo tienes que contactar y coordinarte por WhatsApp con el anfitrión.
- al llegar hay que pagar un impuesto extra que no aparece en Booking.

L'hotel si trova a 10 minuti di cammino dalle vie centrali dell'isola. Le stanze sono pulite ed accoglienti.
Sul terrazzo una piscina per godersi tramonti fantastici.

we booked the deluxe King room but were allocated a room on the bottom floor with no external windows, it was not deluxe! the fridge did not work. the swimming pool was dirty nothing like the photo.

Très bon séjour
Pros:

La sympathie de l'hôte. L'hébergement en totalité. Le confort et la taille du lit. Bon équipement de la cuisine. La piscine sur le toit. La proximité de l'embarcadère.

Cons:

Penser à prendre du cash pour payer (pas de CB).
