We have a weight limit of 50lbs per pet and are not able to accommodate aggressive breeds such as Pitbulls, Rottweilers, Doberman, Boxers, German Shepherds, Bull Mastiffs, Staffordshire Terriers, or Wolf Hybrids. There will be a one-time nonrefundable cleaning fee of $100 per pet per stay which is due at booking. Proof of rabies vaccination is required for all dogs checking in. Please contact the property to register your pet and provide proof of vaccination.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Great option to expensive downtown hotel with a kitchen as added convenience.
Pros:

Great location near downtown. I needed an alternative to a hotel because of a special event where the hotel prices were high. The room was modern, clean and on a quiet street. I liked that there was a water refill station as well in the lobby.

Cons:

Not really a negative but a comment. There is a nice brand of toiletries in the unit, but no conditioner in the shower. For the ladies with long hair, you should pack your own.

Easy, Affordable Option for visit to Madison
Pros:

This place is very clean and comfortable. The location seems to be in an up and coming or in transition neighborhood and it was easy to get to where we wanted to go. The price was great for Madison. I would recommend to friends. I had a couple of questions on arrival and these were answered when I called the call center.

Cons:

There was little to no street parking and I did not learn until arrival that the available parking was not available as I had not signed up ahead of time. I would really have appreciated a heads up specifically about parking prior to arrival. It may have been in one of the emails I received but was not featured. and I missed it. I had to park in a public lot about a 7 minute walk to the Dylin.

Top appartement!
Pros:

Mooi appartement op goede locatie in Madison. Recent gebouwd dus ziet er allemaal mooi uit. Koffie en thee beschikbaar, wasmachine en wasmidddel ook aanwezig. Heel tevreden over deze accommodatie! Ik kan het iedereen aanraden

Cons:

Voor de deur mag je door de week maar 2 uur achter elkaar parkeren

Nice apartments in a good location.
Pros:

Convenient to our activities. Nice to have a kitchen & laundry.

Cons:

A little hard to navigate getting into the apartment. Once we figured out the texting system all was good.

A good place for short and long stay and feeling secured and comfortable
Pros:

location, clean, brand new. size.

Cons:

in studios, having a large fully equipped kitchen is great, but by having a table to eat, would be a good option too.

We would stay here again
Pros:

The complementary coffee and hot coco in the lobby was a nice perk since the in room brew packets were not very tasty. The lobby was comfortable and having in room laundry was great. The Dylan was responsive when I called complaining that our 1 bedroom apt was not suitable for two 60 year old adults and did not represent the 1 bedroom images they have on their website.

Cons:

My husband and I were first assigned a 1 bedroom that seemed laid out as wheelchair accessible. This room varied very much from the photos in 2 significant ways - there was no dining table, only eating surface was coffee table AND the queen bed was pushed against a wall so there was only one entry side to the bed and only one bedside table. When one of us had to get up in the night and crawl along the wall to the end of the bed, it woke the other person up and too many bed access gymnastics for this price of a room.
