We welcome pets at The Dylin — at this time, limited to dogs only. We have a limit of 2 pets per apartment. We have a weight limit of 50lbs per pet and are not able to accommodate aggressive breeds such as Pitbulls, Rottweilers, Doberman, Boxers, German Shepherds, Bull Mastiffs, Staffordshire Terriers, or Wolf Hybrids. There will be a one-time nonrefundable cleaning fee of $100 per pet per stay which is due at booking. Proof of rabies vaccination is required for all dogs checking in. Please contact the property to register your pet and provide proof of vaccination.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The Dylin feels upscale for a reasonable price with well thought out details to make your stay comfortable.
Pros:

The room was well designed and beautifully decorated. It was spacious with two full bedrooms, that were incredibly comfortable. There was a full kitchen, that was clean and filled with everything you need! All for a reasonable price and walkable location.

Cons:

Everything was wonderful!

Overpriced. $100 for your dog to stay. $30 for parking. It felt like this place was run by ChatGpt. Cold. No human at a front desk. Just text messages that felt robotic.

Pros:

Clean, spacious room. Excellent customer service. We had an issue with the sink in our original room. We texted their guest services and they responded immediately and switched us to an upgraded room. Really nice place, very clean and close to the capital and also venues like High Noon Saloon and the Sylvee. Would definitely recommend and we will be booking again next time we are in town.

Great location for us. Well maintained and professionally decorated hotel.
Pros:

Clean and new with everything we needed. Nice lobby, easy check-in with digital entry. Easy underground parking for $30 overnight.
Comfortable bed and sound machine.

Cons:

Have to be careful entering the garage.

Easy, Affordable Option for visit to Madison
Pros:

This place is very clean and comfortable. The location seems to be in an up and coming or in transition neighborhood and it was easy to get to where we wanted to go. The price was great for Madison. I would recommend to friends. I had a couple of questions on arrival and these were answered when I called the call center.

Cons:

There was little to no street parking and I did not learn until arrival that the available parking was not available as I had not signed up ahead of time. I would really have appreciated a heads up specifically about parking prior to arrival. It may have been in one of the emails I received but was not featured. and I missed it. I had to park in a public lot about a 7 minute walk to the Dylin.

Great option to expensive downtown hotel with a kitchen as added convenience.
Pros:

Great location near downtown. I needed an alternative to a hotel because of a special event where the hotel prices were high. The room was modern, clean and on a quiet street. I liked that there was a water refill station as well in the lobby.

Cons:

Not really a negative but a comment. There is a nice brand of toiletries in the unit, but no conditioner in the shower. For the ladies with long hair, you should pack your own.
