On arrival the hotel didn’t look that good needed painting not sure what to expect.But was surprised the room was very clean and the bedding looked brand new and we had the best nights sleep . I think it really needs up dating to attract more people.

L'hôtel est magnifique ! Il n'a pas été rénové depuis un bon moment, ce qui rend le prix plus qu'attractif. Situé juste en bord de mer. Il faut descendre vers la plage et remonter après, mais c'est pas terrible. La plage de sable est énorme, à des kilomètres à gauche et à droite. L'eau était très chaude fin juillet. Il y a le parking payant dans l'hôtel, mais il y a des places de parc dans la rue juste en face de l'hôtel, pour 3 jours on a payé autour de 23 livres. Pas loin des white cliffs. La chambre était énorme. Il me manquait le frigo pourtant. Sinon il y avait une bouilloire, thé café crème sucré à volonté, clima, télé. Je recommande, surtout si on s'en fout un peu de l'aspect vétuste, vu qu'on passait tout le temps dehors.
En été il me manquait un frigo. Et le balcon.
THIS HOTEL SEEMED ABANDONED THE PLACE NEEDS SERIOUS MAINTENANCA WHICH IS LACKING INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE PROPERTY.THE PLACE IS TIRED AND DIRTY.THE ROOM I STAYED HAD STAINS ALL OVER THE CEILING FROM A BURST.THE WALLPAPER WAS TORN ABOVE THE BEDREST.THE CURTAIN WAS OFF ITS TRACK.THE TOILET SEAT INGRAINED WITH BROWN MARKS.ONE OF THE TOWELS HAD BROWN MARKS ON. THE CLOTHING UNIT WAS TOO BIG AND BLOCKED PART OF THE WINDOW.THE WINDOW WOULD NOT STAY OPENI HAD TO WEDGE IT WITH A TOILET ROLL,THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING SO THE ROOM WAS LIKE A SAUNA THEY GAVE ME 2 FANS BUT THAT DID NOT REALLY HELP.HAVING TO SEARCH FOR STAFF WHEN REQUIRED NOT ALWAYS ON RECEPTION ,SWIMMING POOL CLOSED. WALLS AROUND THE HOTEL DIRTY.EXCESSIVE PARKING CHARGES. THE FIRE ALARM WENT OFF 1 IN THE MORNING .ONE OF THE STAFF VERY ARROGANT .
El personal fue super atento. De hecho llegué dos horas antes al check in, en su hora de lunch y no tuvieron problemas en atenderme perfectamente.
No había rampa para subir el trolley. Me ayudó Assif el chico de recepción, que como he dicho, fue super atento

The best thing about the hotel is its location. It is very close to the beach, which was really convenient and made it easy to enjoy the seaside without having to travel far.
Unfortunately, the room was not as clean as expected. The toilet bowl was dirty, and the carpet did not look properly cleaned. I also found a small amount of rice/noodles under the table, which made the room feel like it had not been thoroughly cleaned before our stay.

A very loud noise was coming from the walls—I don't know if it was the pipes or the water heater—but it was very hard to fall asleep.

Hotel could do with alot of work on it.
Bathroom wasn't very clean, carpets need a good wash, air con needed din the rooms as its too hot and the fans blow out got air too

The only downside was the water pressure in the shower

Location to beaches and Town centre. Clean and comfortable bed.
Very tatty almost derelict outside areas, so neglected. Filthy entrance doors and windows, interior very tired, needs a major upgrade. Water for shower never got warm let alone hot. Very stained & marked carpet. Balcony was filthy, cigarette butts and detritus, flaking paint work everywhere.

There is no indoor swimming pool in the Hotel despite the fact that it was on offer.
Very expensive parking 20 pounds a day.
3. Room cards stopped working 3 hours before check-out, which was very difficult and uncomfortable
