Disappointed Disabled War Veteran.

The immediate surroundings outside.

The reception area and hallway.

Lounge/Bar area.

Purchased a lovely handbag for my wife.

Cons:

Collapsed (uncomfortable) seating in
the lounge area. Reupholstering required?

Having to search for staff when requiring service?

Offered and charged an extra £10 by reception for Balcony room which was drab and somewhat tiresome. Very disappointed.

No telephone in room?

Bed mattress had seen better days.

Toilet. Adequate, but dangerous step.

They already know, and they’re not interested
Pros:

Nothing because it wasn’t the property I booked because they told me it was an upgrade but I didn’t want an upgrade. I wanted the property I booked but when I got there the man behind reception talking to the receptionist as he left Work for what seemed like the last time he told me that the other hotel was closed so in fact it wasn’t an upgrade they’ve just got both hotels on Booking.com and the other one is not opened.
