Pros:

The staff were helpful location good but uf you have any chest or mobility problems it wouldn't be any good rooms are extremely stuffy on the site it sayes sea view but not many rooms have them old showers old sinks old baths and toilets no cold water or ice at the bar I needed a fridge as requested in email for my medication but never got one which made things very awkward furniture in lounge dirty and old and dusty outdoor furniture old and rickety it's a shame really because staff were polite but just a few basic tweaks on arrival like cleaning outside daily as looked like dirty nappies were being thrown from windows which were there all day and night zero facilities at the hotel had to go across a large carpark to another hotel which in the dark not ideal all in all I wouldn't go to that hotel again but if your just needing your head down for night or 2 it would be ok mot for a nice break away

Bed was comfy

4 Oclock check in is kind of late in my opinion the hotel looks tied and dated the house keeping did not have trollies to put the lundry from the rooms so they were left in the coridoors witch is not a good look ,our shower was not very warm and we had a brocken window which i reported twice

Disappointed
Pros:

The hotel was basically non operational and this wasn’t mentioned when we booked!! Why not? We had to use the facilities in their sister hotel next door. This is August the summer holidays why do we British do things so poorly?

Overall, my stay was good, but the hotel is in need of a major renovation.
Pros:

The location is definitely a plus, and the hotel service is a plus too.

Cons:

No coffee maker, a smell of cigarette smoke coming from downstairs (even though I was on the first floor), and the bathroom was in below-average condition.
