Pleasant, did the job & great value for money
Pros:

I think I might have been upgraded which was so lovely, beds & shower were great, location was great

Cons:

I had to wait like 45 mins to check out and ended up leaving my card on the desk as the reception was left unattended for a long time & car parking price was expensive

Happy it was local best location and we had on-suites so that was lucky!

Pool was closed and other hotel sister they refer for breakfast and pool spa wasn’t all that. Pool was dirty! Our hotel was empty no facilities at the moment. Hotel need some TLC

Aweful experience beeing turned away with my wife and 3 kids even beeing charged im advance for the rooms
Pros:

Nothing, my booking was not honoured as the hotel was overbooked.

Cons:

They declined my request for a refund even knowing they made a mistake accepting my booking knowing they did not have a room.

Great location, clean room, facilities non-existent.
Pros:

The room was clean and had a sea view. It was spacious for the four of us. The location is ideal as it’s a few mins walk to the beach path and centre.

Cons:

No facilities on site. The fan was inadequate and room extremely hot during the warm weather last week. Nowhere to get drinking water. No staff available in the morning.

Era aproape de plaja. Personalul foarte amabil și politicos. Era dotată cu fier de calcat, masă de calcat, freon, fierbător.

Cons:

Nu are aer condiționat, geamurile nu se puteau deschide prea mult, așadar foarte cald ziua și noaptea, un ventilator nu face față, patul din două saltele este inconfortabil, para de duș nu funcționa, pare totul foarte învechit în interior căci în exterior numai zic, ușa se închidea mai greu.

Wouldn’t book again,
Pros:

Hotel was clean and location was perfect

Cons:

No ramp for the pram, struggled alone up steps with buggy baby and cases, nobody to help me, asked how people would manage if they were disabled as I just about managed and was told wouldn’t book if disabled. Also left a day early was too stressful up and down steps and not being close to food or shops.
couldn’t get food in hotel. No air con room was ridiculous heat.

The stay was what we needed it for but unsure if I would return.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was great for what we needed it for, it was also quiet so we did not have any issues with noise.

Cons:

The windows barely opened and there was not any aircon in the rooms, this was not mentioned when booking or online, nor was it updated considering we are in a heatwave. The parking is still advertised as free on booking.com but we had to pay £35 for the two nights we stayed. We needed assistance in the early evening but no one was around it felt abandoned.
The two fans that where in the room was covered in dust so made it very uncomfortable as well as the shower being dirty and someone had left their own conditioner bottle in there. There was not a lift and if there was I couldn't find it which made it difficult when I had a sore knee and lots of bags.

Lovely part of Bournemouth but hotel and facilities score a big fat zero!! Would not recommend

The state of it was dreadful the outside area was extremely dirty and untidy, the buildings in serious need of decoration and repairs.
Even a very basic cleanup might help !!
