Would not recommend
Pros:

First off I need to shout out the amazing all woman staff including Marcella, Joanna and Valentina but especially Joanna. They were all wonderful and made me feel safe as a solo female traveler to Ischia. I loved the proximity to the bus station, and the dinners I had were generous and delicious. The beach is accessible by many flights of stairs and can be a little precarious with the rocks, but it is a beach all the same. This is a charming hotel great for families on holiday and has many positives and conveniences, but unfortunately I personally would not stay again.

Cons:

One minor hiccup was that I paid for the highest/most expensive room on Booking.com with an ocean view and when I arrived the room was on the first floor with a pool view and distant ocean view. I was informed that the hotel was fully booked for the ocean view rooms and that it was my fault for not booking with the hotel. This was extremely disappointing because I had another hotel in mind that I had booked with on Booking.com last year and had an ocean view room, and I was able to book the specific room type I wanted. I cannot explain how sad this was because I had waited all year to come back to Ischia and did a lot of research on hotels, only to have this disappointing experience. I don’t understand why they can’t specify the exact room on Booking.com as ALL other hotels I have experienced do.
Secondly, I was disappointed with the lack of attention to cleaning and restocking my room. I spoke too and tipped the cleaning ladies but they never refilled my shampoo or body wash even when they noticed it was gone. Even though my room was a 3 person room, I was also only allowed one towel the whole time. With this heat, I was taking multiple showers a day and my towel never got to fully dry before I needed it again.
On checkout day, I had kindly asked ahead of time if I could please stay in the room after the 10am checkout time, and even offered to pay extra for a late checkout because my flight was at 7pm out of Naples. Again, a hard no. They said it was “impossible”. Therefore I left my room and sat in the lobby for hours before I left the hotel, even though I checked that the cleaning ladies had not even made it near my room by 12pm.
Lastly, the breakfast was quite bare. I compared it to another hotel I had stayed in Ischia last summer, and was surprised with the lack of food options. As someone who cannot eat, gluten, I really could only eat plain yogurt with a cappuccino and some fruit. Some days there were boiled eggs but most days there were not.

Buongiorno, abbiamo soggiornato dal 15/7 al 22/7 e devo dire che la struttura è veramente bella e perfetta per una vacanza all'insegna della tranquillità. Personale gentilissimo ed estremamente discreto mai invadente sempre pronti ad aiutare il cliente. La pulizia è da 10 la camera veniva sistemata ogni giorno, la spiaggetta con discesa dedicata è fantastica se non si ha voglia di andare in giro e sul terrazzo Dell albergo ci sono tutte le comodità da una Jacuzzi a una piccola piscina esterna ed una termale con ombrelloni assegnati alle camere e altri ad uso libero che affacciano direttamente sulla splendida baia di Citara.. Non ho provato la cucina perché non volevo essere vincolato ma sia la colazione sia il ristorante a vista mi sembravano buoni. Ci hanno salutato regalandoci un piccolo omaggio consistente in un amaro tipico del posto che abbiamo apprezzato. Nella zona di Citara come comodità e bellezza credo sia uno dei migliori, se dovessi tornare a Ischia lo riprenoterei. Consigliatissimo. P. S. Se siete in due obbligatorio il noleggio di uno Scooter, la vacanza cambia completamente anche se i servizi funzionano abbastanza bene.

Cons:

Aria condizionata a pagamento e frigo non presente in camera ma noleggiato separatamente . Se si decide di dare un costo a dei servizi essenziali che vengano considerati nella spesa iniziale di prenotazione così da non essere una spesa aggiuntiva una volta arrivati alla struttura.

Skvělá dovolená na skvělé Ischii v květnu
Pros:

Hotel Riva del Sole je velmi příjemným místem pro odpočinek, ale i pro poznávání ostrova, místní doprava vás zaveze při dobré orientaci v číslech busů kamkoliv budete chtít. Koupili jsme si týdenní jízdenku v Trafice, která se vyplatí, možná ji prodávají i na recepci v hotelu. Samotný hotel je v pěkném prostředí zahrady s kaktusy a palmami, venkovní bazén, teplý vnitřní bazén a vířivka. K moři se dá sejít po schodech. Termální lázně Poseidon jsou asi 500-600 m od hotelu, což je krásný zážitek pro milovníky teplé vody. Veřejná pláž je udržovaná, písečná. Využili jsme pouze snídaně, na večeře jsme si oblíbili restauraci Bagno Viola da Stefano. Personál hotelu velmi milý, úklid pokoje každý den s výměnou ručníků dle potřeby.

Cons:

Snídaně byly stále stejné s malou obměnou uzenin, málo ovoce, vejce pouze natvrdo, za 7 dní jsme je měli pouze 2x. Káva z automatu není kvalitní.

Nádherný hotel s úžasným výhledem na moře.
Pros:

Výborná lokalita, blízko Poseidonovych zahrad. Hotel je výborně udržovaný, krásně jsou udržované zahrady. A výhled na moře z terasy pokoje je nádherný.
