Filthy place
Pros:

The floors, sheets, chairs and bathroom were all filthy ! The towels were like rags .. enough said.

We loved our stay at this place. Yogesh and Praveen in the restaurant are extra helpful. Reception staff, food and specially the car shuttle service was the best service. Only feed back of improvement we have is about hot water availability all the time. Jai Sairam

Nice hotel near the theme park. Food at the hotel could do with some improvement. They do cater to jain requirements and are flexible in that regard.
The front desk staff, particularly Neelima is very proactive and helpful.
Enjoyed my stay.

great. will stay whenever in Shirdi. only problem was, when I reserved, it said that breakfast is included and when I went to have the breakfast, I had to pay. Hope they are clear on the site.
