Overall it was good value for money.
Pros:

Breakfast and service was good. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Location of the hotel was not at a good location. Had to go for dinner and lunch which were far from our hotel.

Avoid the place due to the location

Amazingly helpful staff, always smiling willing to help

Cons:

The location, it is in the middle of a steep hill.. nothing is nearby. The hotel doesn't have food facility. Will recommend either people to stay near the beach or in the main town. The auto walas charge a bomb there and the rooms aren't that cheap as well you can stay in hotel near beaches. You will have to travel to beach anyways for food

It is preferably a one time stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. The staff was amicable and attentively available.
Wayfinding the hotel location was difficult and the roads were challenging.

Cons:

A 3-star basic provision (toilet paper, dental kit, disposable slippers, iron box, tissue box for the room) was not available
