Service was excellent ! Really enjoyed my stay.

The AC worked great! The hot water for the shower wasn’t much, but better than cold.

What was missing was the preparedness of the room. Staff should be sure the rooms are cleaned and stuffed with basic necessities.

Amazing location, close to the airport and beautiful view of the city. The only thing negative is the hotel food. Ordered food for room service, only to be disappointed. Food was nasty and salty.

The property was convenient to the sirport and it is kn an up and coming residential neighorhood. More amenities will follow its development. A clean and comfortable hotel.

The rooms were spacious and extremely clean, making your stay most enjoyable. It was highly convenient for the airport with included shuttle and breakfast in the tarriff.

Love this place

I arrived at the place an hour late for check in and still had to wait after driving over 5 hours there because according to them, someone’s flight was delayed. I don’t know why that should be my problem though. DSTV wasn’t working after my 2nd day which I didn’t care much aside missing my soccer game. Also there was a program there at one night where the noise was too much and I could hear it from my room. Overall the staff was great and helpful, the place was very clean and in a very nice part of the city. Updating the address at their site should be a priority if it hasn’t been done yet. It is not on 72 Lumumba St. I don’t mind coming back in the future.

The impression of class and luxury you get of the hotel online is not met upon arrival and during the stay. There is no specific big downside, just a number of little gaps and flaws here and there but together they sum up to an unimpressive stay.

1. The hotel element in this aparthotel seems like an afterthought. For instance, they didn't seem to have most toiletries, the wardrobe was missing hangers, and hand & face towel. Upon my inquiry, it took them a couple of hours to arrange, which shows commendable responsiveness. Except that they wouldnt supply body lotion.

2. I went to the restaurant at lunch time to find no stuff and things strewn around the place. Later someone came in with a menu from the reception area but there was a casualness about the whole affair.

3. The decor is decent but looks tired and in serious need of a refresh. The sink tap in my room was loose. The air conditioner doesnt chill well. The room felt much cramped even though I selected the more expensive deluxe option. There are plastic stools on the stair landing on each floor that feels very weirdly out of place. Paint work is dirty in places in the common areas. Etc.

All that said, I didnt experience any major issues and everything seemed adequate. The major redeeming factor is the location. It is in one of the poshest neighbourhoods in Accra with upscale amenities all around. Literally five munutes to the airport without traffic and 15 minutes to all major downtown and CBD points.

I was pleasantly surprised how modern the room was and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I really enjoyed their grilled fish as well. Will definitely stay here again on my return to Accra.
