Service boys provided excellent service. Specially Mr. Sujon. Felt a strong Pakistani vibe.good for Money Though.

The hotel stay was great! The staff were very friendly and handled my complaint quickly and efficiently. It made the experience much more comfortable and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this hotel for their excellent service.

The hotel staff were friendly and responsive, which was a plus. However, the lack of bus or transport to Masjid al-Haram made it difficult for elderly guests. While some people offered help with uphill and downhill areas, this service needs improvement to better support those with mobility challenges. Enhancing transportation options would greatly improve the overall experience.

Pros:

Staff are very welcoming and helpful especially housekeeping staff Ahmed. All our requests where promptly sorted out. They do have a in house restaurant serving good food. Location is also a manageable walk to the haram the king Abdul aziz gate.

Good Experience.
Pros:

The receptionist was very polite and friendly, the security officer was also very nice, the Housekeeping staff was awesome and supportive. The staff keep asking about any further help or support need.

Cons:

Little repair needs to the shower glass door handle and shower tray damages to be fixed.

Excellent stay!
Mr. Mirza and Mr. Suzon provided exceptional service during our time at the hotel. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made sure all our needs were met promptly. The hospitality here is top-notch because of staff like them. Highly recommended!
