Good location, not bad for the price, but not luxurious either, bathrooms r dirty but otherwise okay
Pros:

The breakfast was too spicy, not good quality, flies everywhere. The location was a 20-25 minute walk from the haram, not bad.

Cons:

The bathroom was extremely disgusting. One shower door was completely broken and nobody gave us a new room. The shower had rusted, the door was open and water from the shower went everywhere.

Short and Sweet and close to Masjid Al Haram
Pros:

The location was so close to Masjid Al haram, like a 10 minute walk down Ibrahim al Khalil road. There are multiple cheap shops and restaurants near by and the restaurant in the Hotel makes really good Chaii for Suhoor. The cleaning services were very good and the young man was very polite and respectful.

احسن ما في الفندق هو العمال خاصة احمد الذي لا يكل ولا يمل من تلبية طلبات النزلاء ودائما ما يستقبلك بابتسامته الجميلة والدائمة وتحس ان معرفتك به تمتد لسنوات.ولا ننسى السيد عبدالرحمان بالاستقبال: رجل محياه يبعت على نضج وخبرة كبيرين لا تسمع منه الا "أبشر" وهي عبارة خليجية تبشرك بالاستجابة لطلبك..حسناته وتلبيته لطلبات المقيمين بالفندق وتحمله لأعبائهم تجعل الجميع يتحلق حوله.
سمعة الفندق يعمل على تحسينها ولمعانها مثل هذين الرجلين الخدومين الذين لايننتظران جزاءا ولا شكورا.
تحياتي إليك السيد عبدالرحمان وتحياتي إليك السيد أحمد وشكرا لكما وجزاكما الله على حسن معاملتكم لضيوف الرحمان في هذا الشهر المبارك خير الجزاء.

الموظفين غير متعاونين و غير احترافيين في ادارة منشأة في مكة المكرمة خصوصا موظفة الاستقبال
ازعاج غير مبرر من موظفي نظافة الغرفة كل 30 دقيقه تقريبا يطرق الباب موظف ويسأل أنت طلبت نظافة ؟؟؟
ما عندك نظام او مشرف يعرف من اللي طالب نظافة ؟؟

الفندق يقع في موقع مرتفع خصوصا لكبار السن و النساء

السرير غير مريح أبدا السرير صلب
