Worst Stay Ever – Unhygienic, Unsafe & Dishonest
Cons:

This stay was absolutely pathetic in every aspect. I had booked 3 rooms well in advance through Booking.com for ₹6,000, with written confirmation from the property. However, upon arrival, the hotel denied the confirmed price and forced me to pay ₹12,000 offline. As I was traveling with my elderly parents (with arthritis), my wife, in-laws, a one-year-old baby, and myself suffering from back issues, I had no choice but to proceed due to Booking.com’s slow response.

The condition of the rooms was horrible:

Rooms were filthy with dirt-covered walls. The door lock doesn't work

Toilets were stained with feces; bedsheets and towels were brown, moldy, and mildewed.

ACs leaked and did not function properly, remotes were missing, TV remotes not provided.

Keys were broken, switchboards burnt and exposed — unsafe even for adults, extremely dangerous for kids.

Bathroom tiles broken, floor mats displaced and slippery.

Cockroaches and mosquitoes everywhere.

Broken mirrors inside rooms.

Requests (like fixing AC or remotes) took more than a day and were barely addressed.


We also met many other customers facing the exact same issues — they too were cheated with higher offline charges and then denied proper services.

Staff were extremely rude and unapologetic. To make things worse, they demand full payment upfront before you even see the rooms.

This is not just poor hospitality — it’s unhygienic, unsafe, and dishonest business practice. I strongly advise Booking.com to delist this property, and I urge travelers not to stay here, especially with family or children.

The person at the desk Mr. Selvam is extremely rude and shouted at us saying why stay at this place when we have so many complaints. He also charged 500 rs extra for 3 hours extra for one room which earlier he said he will provide since one room was provided late.
