Oasis
Pros:

You simply need to experience this for yourself. An absolute treasure and this doubles as not only a place you’re staying but an experience in itself. Nestled in amongst the giant lime stone cliffs lies an oasis, gorgeous accomodation, stunning scenery and all the services you’ll need during a stay away. It’s only two minutes from the town centre of Tamcoc. The pool area was our favourite to unwind and relax. Only regret was not booking more nights here. Annie was fantastic at reception and helped with all our needs she possibly could.

Cons:

Me and my partner had two different pillows. Mine being soft and comfortable to sleep on where as my partner did not like his, more of a memory foam and they were not able to switch it out for another

A peaceful and tranquil retreat which left us feeling refreshed
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at Jiva Hoa Lu Retreat. Nestled amongst the limestone karsts and surrounded by rice fields, it was such a peaceful place to unwind while exploring Ninh Binh.

The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, the pool was beautiful, and we loved being just a short bike ride from Tam Coc.

A special thank you to Evon, who was so kind and helpful throughout our stay and made us feel so well looked after.

A tranquil, peaceful and perfect place to stay if you’re visiting Ninh Binh. We would highly recommend to all of our friends and family.

Pros:

Everything was perfect.
We love the property with the pool room, food, staff and celestial night with Maya. The cycle arround was wonderful. Shout out to Evon and Louis with best farewell

If you want peaceful surroundings with excellent staff, food and experience, Jiva Hua Lu is the one in Nin Binh!
Pros:

Property is beautiful set minutes away from small town yet located amongst backdrop of rocks in a villahge of rice fields and lotus flowers. A beautiful bicycle ride takes you down paths through the rural village.
Beautiful pool and surroundings.
Thank you for a wonderful dinner served to us by an extremely knowledgeable, kind and helpful Mai who spoke eloquent English and an asset to the resort.
also excellent customer service from Annie at the concierge desk, who was very helpful, always with a smile and accompanied us off at checkout.
Excellent staff and customer service!!

Pros:

The location of the resort was very good and convenient for exploring the area. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day and was consistently well maintained. I also enjoyed using the bicycles provided by the resort, which were a great way to get around and explore.

Cons:

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with how my dietary allergies were handled during my stay. Although I informed the staff about my allergies on the first day, no arrangements appeared to have been made for the following days. There was very little flexibility in preparing suitable alternatives, and I often felt that my requests were viewed as an inconvenience rather than a legitimate dietary requirement. As a result, dining during the stay was not a great experience and detracted from the overall experience. Given the price level of the resort, I expected a much higher standard of service and a more accommodating approach to guests with dietary restrictions.

It was awesome. 100% best hotel in the area.
Pros:

The property is amazing. Close to tam coc (rent a scooter so you don’t have to bike in the warm weather), but still deep into the rocks. Perfect architectural design.

Cons:

We got offered room upgrades during checkin in a manner that we felt a little pressured to make a decision in a hurry after a long flight. Wish they did it through WhatsApp before arriving.

Calm luxury getaway!
Pros:

The pool and scenery are great! Beautiful cliffs and very calming area! Maya and the team helped a lot and are a great staff team :)

The pillow is a bit stiff for my taste but my boyfriend liked it :)) all perfect!
