Lovely peaceful location
Pros:

Lovely location, very special place. We thought it was amazing. Stunning setting amongst the rocks

Cons:

Only complaint too few sun beds by the pool for the size of the hotel

Amazing resort with great facilities
Pros:

This was by far the best resort we stayed in Vietnam. The hotel is perfectly designed for relaxation while still being close to all tourist spots. The pool, gym, sauna and spa facilities are excellent and staff are very helpful. The breakfast each morning also has a lot of options. We stayed there for 4 nights and could've easily stayed there for longer :-)

Un véritable havre de paix
Pros:

Le paradis : un lieu calme et magnifique. Les jardins sont très soignés, les chambres très belles et impeccables et le personnel est aux petits soins tout en restant très discret. On a l’impression d’être dans un hôtel à l’esthétique d’un épisode de la série The White Lotus. Nous avons tellement adoré que nous avons rallongé notre séjour.

Rien à signaler, tout était super de notre côté.

Where is the manager in this 4* hotel?
Pros:

Location is very nice! Very cool setting. Staff is friendly, but do not understand anything.

Cons:

Staff doesn‘t understand what you‘re saying. Messed up spa booking. Before and between showers, need to wait 15minutes for the water to heat up. Wine bar was closed. No 5* breakfast. Gave driver to Hanoi who wanted to avoid tolls —> 2 1/2 h drive insed of 1 3/4h. Dinner restaurant staff don‘t understand you and bring the wrong dishes.
