The property was amazing, the location was great, in the middle of forest and surrounded by hills, so calm and serene. But at the same time it was 5 min drive to the town, where is more lively. The rooms are spacious, clean, the bathroom is big. The food in restaurant was really good, and the service was the best. All of the staff were so nice and helpful. They also offer free yoga classes and meditation every day. The pool area is also beautiful.
Nothing
Beautiful retreat! Prior to check-in the team helped us arrange our activities during our stay and were able to assist with some of the transportation/buggy-ing us around. Surprisingly close to the town centre also while being such a peaceful retreat
Organisation could be improved on (especially if the hotel is arranging for you) however, the team were very helpful in listening and sorting out our concerns.
Maya was wonderful host and we really enjoyed our stayed, they went above and beyond to help us and make sure we had a pleasant time
Nothing. All perfect
Ein unglaublich schönes Resort in bester Lage, sehr gutem Essen und sehr freundlichen Personal.
Die Ausstattung der Villen sind fabelhaft.
Äußerst weiterzuempfehlen 👍
Location and facilities. Outstanding. You don't want to leave even if the tourist attractions around are great, this hotel is all you need
2 days wad too short stay
Das Frühstück war sehr gut, aber sonst entsprach das Essen im Restaurant gar nicht den Erwartungen, die man an ein 5 Sterne Resort hat. Wir haben nach einem Versuch immer ausserhalb des Hotels gegessen.
The serenity and peacefulness.
Staff were so lovely and helpful
Comfy beds that’s about it
I would strongly encourage future guests to reconsider before booking this property.
The hotel positions itself as a high-end experience, however, it consistently fails to deliver on even basic standards of service and quality. From the outset, the experience was disappointing. Check-in was unnecessarily slow, and staff demonstrated a noticeable lack of professionalism and customer care.
One example that stood out was the issue with bicycles — an amenity clearly advertised as part of the stay. We were initially told none were available. After questioning this (as it was a deciding factor in our booking), two bicycles suddenly “became available” within minutes. This inconsistency set the tone for the rest of our stay.
Over the course of three weeks travelling through Vietnam, we stayed in a range of properties — including both high-end and mid-range accommodations. Unfortunately, this hotel ranked among the worst experiences we had, despite its premium positioning and pricing. In fact, several mid-range properties offered significantly better service, organisation, and overall value.
While the pool area is visually appealing, it is poorly managed. There are not enough day beds or shaded areas to accommodate guests, leaving many without a comfortable place to sit or relax.
The food was, without exaggeration, the poorest we encountered during our entire trip. The quality was consistently below standard — meat was tough and rubbery, and dishes lacked freshness. On one occasion, a fried rice dish appeared to be made with frozen vegetables and had the quality of reheated, mass-produced food, which is entirely unacceptable at this price point.
Ordering food and drinks is also unnecessarily complicated. Guests are required to use an app that appears designed to create a “luxury” impression, but in practice it is unreliable and ineffective. This results in delays and a frustrating guest experience rather than convenience.
I am at loss for words about what was good - perhaps the beds were comfortable and the bed linen was nice ? Nice surroundings
