Very clean rooms
Pros:

The front desk team was helpful, the restaurant staff took great care of us and food was also good, and the housekeeping team kept the rooms very clean.

The room was big and spacious

Cons:

Each time there is balance to be given back, the staff gives reason and I have to ask again. With the manager sour face he will return the money.

Ruhiges Zimmer in der Nähe des Flughafens
Pros:

Zimmer hat alle üblichen Ausstattungsmerkmale.

Cons:

Wir hatten leider zunächst ein kleineres Zimmer als gebucht zugewiesen bekommen. Es erforderte einiges an Zeit und Überzeugungsaufwand um das eigentlich gebuchte Zimmer zu erhalten.

Price was reasonable.

Cons:

The access to the hotel, it was advertised as being on the main rd but actually it's in an interior street.

No towel in washroom.

Lack of staff and their professionalism.

The room was so tight the space between the bed and TV cabinet was so less that the full size suitcase could not pass to get to other side of the room where the suitcase bench was laid.

Staff at night sleeping on couches in the reception and when I came back after dinner around midnight the reception lights were off which gave a very poor impression.
