Le grand luxe qui permet d’apprécier pleinement les Médiévales de St-Ursanne.
Pros:

L’emplacement était pratique pour les Médiévales de St-Ursanne. Le petit-déjeuner était complet et excellent et le personnel accueillant. La chambre était magnifique et il y avait des produits de qualité à disposition. C’est appréciable.

Cons:

Le prix est élevé mais ça en valait la peine. Il faut savoir se faire plaisir de temps en temps.
La crème de jour à disposition arrivait au bout mais nous avons quand même pu la tester.

Amazing hotel! Nice staff and very good breakfast. Good central location. Very cute spa. I felt very comfortable there

Cons:

I love the concept of minimal rooms with no useless furnitures and ugly paintings. I only missed a shelf in the bathroom to put my stuff

Had a great time in Saint-Ursanne. Worthwhile to visit for a couple of days. Bonus was Piano Series.
Pros:

Renovation of the building was well done. Nice elevator. Nice breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice size room. Internet access was very good. Location in historic town is excellent.

Cons:

While room was large, there was no seating available. Had to sit on bed or large window sill. Also there was little room for two mid size suitcases.
Hotel should make arrangement with police to permit issuance of daily or multi day parking passes. Now guests have to walk to parking area outside village to “feed” parking meter. Hotel could invoice guest for parking expenses as incurred.

Design before function
Pros:

Wonderful design, cute SPA, one of the best breakfast buffets we've seen, friendly and flexible staff and interesting homebrew gin welcome drink.

Cons:

No furniture except the bed, no place to sit comfortably in the whole hotel, clothes have to be dropped on the ground before going to bed, maybe the windowsill is supposed to help, but it already has your suitcase and is full of hotel stuff. The room is small.
