When I checked in, the sink in the room was leaking, I wrote to customer support. They told me that all the staff had already left and I would have to wait until the next day. I said that I needed the sink until then and they sent a repairman. After he left the sink was still leaking and I was offered to move to another room. The floor in the second room was just as dirty as in the first one. Besides that the toilet was dirty and on the bed there was other people’s hair. The staff suggested that I take the bed linen from the previous room, but by that point my overall impression was already ruined.

Muito aconchegante. E bem localizado!

Cons:

Falta um mini frigorífico. Eu precisava mandar minha medicação em refrigeração e não avia nada. Tive que comprar gelo. Mas fora isso tudo bom.
