​Un service inexistant et une expérience décevante
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est top puisque vraiment bien situé dans porto.

Cons:

L'établissement ne dispose d'aucun personnel sur place ; tout est géré via WhatsApp et une plateforme dédiée, ce qui est loin d'être efficace.
Dès la première nuit, nous nous sommes retrouvés sans eau dans la chambre : impossible de se doucher ou même de se brosser les dents. L'eau est finalement revenue « comme par magie » cinq heures plus tard, mais pour découvrir que la cabine de douche était bouchée, rendant son utilisation impossible. (On a dû s'improviser plombier avec un sac pour faire effet de ventouse (j'ai filmé le moment tellement c'était magique))
Le sens du service laisse également à désirer : nous n'avions qu'un seul rouleau de papier toilette (déjà entamé) et aucun savon pour les mains au lavabo.
Bien que nous ayons signalé ces problèmes par WhatsApp, la seule solution proposée a été un changement de chambre. C’est une option difficilement gérable lorsque l'on part tôt le matin pour ne rentrer que tard le soir.
En résumé : si vous cherchez uniquement un endroit où dormir, le lit est confortable et les draps sont propres. Pour tout le reste, passez votre chemin. On trouve des hôtels bien mieux équipés et moins chers dans les environs.

La ubicación y el hall para reunirnos, con café e infusiones

Cons:

Habitación con una sola mesita noche y sin enchufe ni interruptor al otro lado. Sin mobiliario ni tan siquiera una triste silla. Complicado el check in obligándote a hacerlo desde el móvil ya que tienes que mandar un selfie.

Me gustó lo cerca que está de todo, es muy limpió y organizado me gusta que llegamos y todo fue automático con nuestro código la verdad en ese sentido super bien

Cons:

Está excelente la ubicación aunque los alrededores es un poco solito en especial de noche y da miedo pero de día está súper bien y si estás acompañada de noche no pasa nada
