Great location and easy access. Friendly staff

When we arrived there was noone there to greet us untill a young girl came gave us a key and that was it, the pictures on line do not even come close to what it lokks like in person, cluttered, dirty just like a junk yard. Bedroom so uncomfortable we ended up leaving and gojng to another hotel for the rest of our trip, if i could get a refund i would definitely do so.

Recommend if you're looking for a basic accomodations. It is really close to the split, about a 5 min walk- we really appreciated the location, hospitality, and it is budget friendly! They offer snorkeling, boating, island camping, etc. available to book from their office which I didn't know until we got there.

The place was exactly what you would need to spend a 1-2 nights maximum, just sleep and shower. We were greeted kindly and the host was super funny and sweet.

If you want a more local experience with welcoming hosts oryginaly from Caye Caulker, colorful housing and a patio full of tropical plants, with a spece where you can have a morning coffee Belize Sea Reef Inn is the spot.

Rene, the person that checked us in, was very helpful and gave us some great tips. The room is basic and adequate. It has good working AC and it was clean. I wish there would’ve been a blanket because I’m used to sleeping with the heaviness, but the bed was comfortable overall. There’s no TV which we didn’t mind because we weren’t there to watch TV. If you are a light sleeper, this will not be the place for you. The next-door neighbor practiced electric guitar really late at night. There’s lots of noise from the surrounding businesses and residences. We were fine with it, but if you have trouble sleeping and noises keep you awake this will not be the place for you. It was easy to walk to all the restaurants and bars on that side of the island. It wasn’t too far of a walk from where the water taxis dock. They supplied shampoo and conditioner. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay there and you can’t beat it for the price. We would consider staying there again.

great hosts

This was one of the most amazing places we stayed on my trip! The location is perfect, so close to the ocean and good swimming spots. Theres also a market right next door. But our favorite part was the owners/ other people at the inn. Everyone was so friendly and they even shared a little bit of their lobster with us one night. Thank you guys!!!

This place was super affordable. The staff was friendly. It suited our needs perfectly.

The property was not clean and with no air-conditioning it made it very hard to want to sleep in the room with the rainy season our room flooded we just had to go stay at another place.
