Just one word for the patel guest house
"AWESOME"
I liked everything starting from the behavior of each one of them. Helpful simply felt like home.
Very safe.
I will definitely recommend my friends to stay here whenever they come to surat.
Highly recommended.

Pros:

Kind receptionist bought me tea immediately I arrived.

Cons:

As soon as I arrived, was informed they do not accept foreign nationals.

Yet they accepted my booking, days before and knew I was a foreign national.

This caused me considerable difficulty as had to find alternate accommodation.

Cannot comment on anything else as did not stay at property

Rooms are suitable in winter season and for solo travellers
Pros:

I book an ac room 4 manths earlier in dec 2024 for my stay in April at low rates through booking .com .however the owner demand extra charge for ac room as being season ac room can not be alloted at the rate booked moreover they did not even sent confirmation to booking.com for the room. Through the owner did not deny to give the room yet the room without ac was very uncomfortable small room small washroom however I offer extra money for ac but she demanded more or else asked us to go for another property .however she did not ask me to pay in advance and assure to pay wen u stay

Cons:

I like nothing except location and behaviour of owner which was soft and polite. The stairs were scary.
