Good for one night stay
Pros:

Spacious room. Good for one night stay.

Cons:

We only had one towel.
We heard noises all night and people talking very loud in front of our door at 5:00 am.
They charge you for the water they put in the room and don’t tell you about it (10.000 each) while in EVERY other hotel they give it as courtesy water.
Staff didn’t speak any English so it was hard to communicate with them.

The original reference price of$30 is way beyond the comfortability and services. $10 is just the average price on the market.

Superb
Pros:

Spacious and clean room with A/C, hot water available throughout the day, good location, and very helpful staff. The lady at the reception helped me book the bus ticket and called a grab driver to send me to the bus station. I really enjoyed.the stay at the hotel.
