Not good for staying with family.
Pros:

Nothing to like.

Cons:

This hotel is not good for staying with family. We booked two AC rooms however, ACs are not working properly and not in our control. Sometimes there are no water in the taps as the overhead water tank becomes empty. During Power failure there is no back-up facility. Wi-Fi is not available though it is mentioned the booking details.

The location of the hotel is also good. It is near the station and I could easily go to nearby place

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome. They were friendly and always available.
Pros:

Stayed here during a business trip and had a great experience. The internet speed was fast, room had a work desk, and power backup was flawless. Staff ensured timely meals and wake-up calls.

Cons:

The property is new and well-maintained. Loved the interiors and peaceful atmosphere. It’s also family-friendly, and staff is trained and respectful. I had no complaints at all.

It was like a hell, the behaviour of staffs were very disgusting. There is nothing true written on their booking.com pag

There was nothing to be liked ….

Cons:

1. The room was not cleaned
2. Staff was misbehaving. Also, asked and charged extra amount. They were not agreeing to booking.com pre booking and asked to do fresh booking of twice the charge of that of booking.com
3. AC was not working. Asked them multiple times to do something or change the room but they denied every time. They were very rude
4. There was only a wall mounted fan whose speed was very low. Also it was making significant noise.
5. Washrooms are very dirty
6. It was a feeling of complete suffocation because of smell in the room led to vomiting and deterioration of health
7. There was hardly anything true which is claimed in the hotel o bridge view’s booking.com page
