Loved it. Will stay again.
Pros:

It was central, really good value and the team were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was looking into my family history in Garstang and they were full of ideas and helpful chat.

Cons:

It was all really great apart from one of those light bulbs with rather chilly light in the overhead light in the bedroom. I think they are eco bulbs so good for the planet!

A place to definitely avoid in future, only stayed there to be near a function we went to.
Pros:

Breakfast not available.
Beds comfy. New carpets.

Cons:

Shower mouldy. Toilet didn't flush. Bathroom door wouldn't close. Door to room- lock unsafe. Noise from downstairs unbelievable. Door to outside hotel wouldn't open - a fire risk if the pub was closed.

Perfect location for a stop over.
Pros:

Location, friendly welcome. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Shower wouldnt get hot, also was not flowing well. Toilet was also a struggle to flush. Room number 3.

Perfectly acceptable for the price but I’d rather pay a bit more elsewhere.
Pros:

Comfortable bed, clean linen and nice towels, quiet room at back of hotel. Reasonably clean throughout. Nice central location.

Cons:

End of September and no CH so room quite cold, although there was a fan heater in the room. Hotel very tired and pretty scruffy in places. No food served so no breakfast but coffee and kettle supplied. Car park full of cars and dog mess.

Pros:

Location was good. Right on the high street. Lots of shops nearby.

Cons:

There was no hot water and when it was reported staff didn’t act on this. It was the hot water tap. The shower worked ok but not the sink. Also the toilet was difficult to flush.

Disco nights!!
Pros:

The hotel is well placed on the High Street. There was the possibility to make tea and coffee. The room was quite clean and the water hot! There was free parking!

Cons:

We had a disco in our room on both nights.. Friday even karaoke next door (theres a pub directly next door, too!) The music was so loud that we could sing along! Because of the noise, we couldnt leave the window open, so it was quite warm in the room! The room was ok, but very basic!
