Нужен был ранний выезд, и не понятно было, кому возвращать ключ, т.к. на лобби утром никого нет. Но это скорее частная ситуация, в остальном аппарт просто отличный.

I want to tell about the incident that happened to me and I am very disappointed and not satisfied with the service provided to me. I also suggest to everyone to read the set rules which are the check in time from 3pm to 6pm.

We arrived at kk at 18:30, and before that had informed the management who held the room key that the plane we were on was delayed by 1 hour. Then the staff we contacted told us to pick up the key at Jesselton quay because the check-in time was after 6pm. I suggest to send the room key to the place where I should check in, which is at The shore.
The staff agreed and said that if we get to The shore, just text him. So after we arrived at The Shore around 7.30pm, the staff was not there and I searched around The Shore building. While waiting, the staff asked me the color of my shirt. I waited there for more than 2 hours until 9:45pm.
The staff said he could only give the key after 9:30pm when he finished his work. After 9:45pm he appeared and gave the reason that the key to the room was taken by grab to another place. and he gave me free to stay longer until the next day to check out at 12 noon. but I'm more angry that what he said yesterday was just a lie. He only sent a text with the conditions to check out at 11am.
In this situation that I am facing, why did the management 1) tell me to pick up the key in another far away place and 2) why do I have to wait for him to return to work.
3) promise to give more check out time.

I had booked 2 rooms, but 1 of the room have quite lot of problem
The heater can't adjust to the temperature that I wanted, either is too hot or too cold
Wifi is not functioning, TV remote battery also finished and there's no extra battery backup
Above situation appear in Room B-20-15
