Poor service from management
Pros:

It was an average hotel

Cons:

The toilet seat was broken. Shower although had a glass side still spilled water above the glass and wet the whole bathroom. The toilet seat was wet the towel on the rack got wet my clothes got wet. When explained to management they acknowledged they were aware but did not accept responsibility. The Hotel Awadh Cassio is not a cheap hotel but their service was cheap.. would not recommend

Manager charged me double
Pros:

It was paid and said earlier that breakfast is complementary

Cons:

One of manager has charged me double by saying that I have booked for two days so I can not checkout before.
And therefore charged me for next day also which I have not stayed

Pros:

I booked Hotel Avadh Classio through Booking.com and contacted them to arrange a guide and transport for the Ayodhya tour. Pradhan ji personally called me and arranged everything before my arrival in Ayodhya, without asking for any advance payment.
I traveled from Sri Lanka, and after arriving in Lucknow, the pickup car was ready on time. Once I reached Ayodhya, I received a warm welcome. The reception and support staff were very kind, helpful, and always did their best to provide excellent service.
The best part of my stay was the personal attention from Pradhan ji. Even when there were small issues, he personally followed up and ensured everything was handled properly. This kind of dedicated service is very rare these days. Although I am not fluent in Hindi, I never felt like a foreign traveler—I felt completely comfortable and safe. A big thank you to Pradhan ji and his entire team.
The rooms were very clean and safe. Inside the hotel, there is a food court, which made it very convenient to get pure vegetarian, clean, and tasty food without needing to go outside.
Overall, this is a highly recommended hotel for anyone from Sri Lanka or anywhere in the world visiting Ayodhya.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Avadh Classio, Ayodhya. The hospitality was excellent, and I would especially like to mention Mr. Arif, who supported us throughout our stay and made it very comfortable.

The hotel is conveniently connected with a mall, which makes shopping and exploring other options very easy. There are plenty of shopping outlets and activities nearby, adding to the overall experience.

The food here is absolutely delicious, with a variety of choices to suit every taste.

Overall, Hotel Avadh Classio is a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and great service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ayodhya.

Great for family with young kids!
Pros:

The hotel is inside a small mall . Food court has decent variety of food and it's delicious. There is a play zone so it's great for people staying with kids.
You can also go on a shopping spree or watch movie in free time.
Rooms are neat and clean and well ventilated. Staff is very helpful and works with welcoming smile. Hotel is around 15 minutes distance to Ram mandir by e rickshaw. It is on main Rampath road so connectivity to main temple area is good. You easily get rickshaws as outside the mall. The manager also made an itinerary for us beforehand. Will stay here only if we visit Ayodhya again!!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
Night shift front desk staff "Mr. Prasoon Pandey"greeted me warmly.
