I was not at all good. I would rather book a hotel far from haram then book one whicb is near with no facilities
Pros:

Only thing that I liked about this hotel was that this was very close to haram.

Cons:

I dont like the complete stay at all. There were no facilities in this hotel. No bathroom slippers, mop or wiper to clean the floor as water was coming out of bathroom. The room was super congested and the bathroom was tiny with very very little space for shower. The room was carpetted and the carpet had stains amd dust in it. There was no table/shelf/ counter to put you thinks on there was just one very timy side tanle that couldn't even fit my quran. Iasked for three single beds and they give 1 double and 1 single bed without informing. There was ko phone in the room to call room service or anything. When I went down to talk to the resceptionist myself about the facilities, he said its a 1 star hotel what else do you expedt. I asked to changed the toom bht he was least considerate. I

Need to have trained staff and especially English speaker

Cons:

Night time duty manger , Bangali origin, name not exactly remember , but very rude and unprofessional behavior. Zero customer service experience. 3 bed room was booked and only two bath towels were provided . When I asked to provide the towel he told me to wait for next morning and very rude way to talk no one there to help you.

There was a bangladeshi manager his behavior wad too bad i booked hotel for 3 adults and 1 child 5 yeard old that manager said we dont provide bed for child room when i moved bed there was aot of left over food items that's wht there is a weird smell in the room that guy clearly said if you want good hotel then you shouldn't booked this hotel. Agaib and again he is reminding me that i paod 300 for 2 nights so i should not expect clean hotel.
