How clean it was

Cons:

It was too many unnecessary rules, the staff was mean and didn’t give good information about the stay, and I don’t think that hotel is for everybody!!!!!!!

Pros:

Everyone was very friendly and our room was nice. I liked having a refrigerator. The snack area downstairs was perfect for us. Our room was comfortable and pleasant.

Cons:

I wish there was room service, we would have had to pay to have someone come and that was inconvenient. There was no number for us to call the front desk if we needed something.

Exceptional experience with wonderful staff/services!
Pros:

They were very accommodating when I was late for check-in due to flight delays. Very comfortable bed and bathroom was very clean. Staff were super friendly also!

I loved my stay and will stay again.
Pros:

I liked the location. I was there for BreyerFest that was mostly held at the Horse Park and some at the Clarion hotel down the road from this location. The room was very comfortable and cozy.

Cons:

I heard the people walking in the room above me. Not very quiet.
