Great hotel at the best location
Pros:

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Its amazing location is perfect — just steps away from the charming Old Town and the vibrant city center, with all the shops and restaurants easily accessible. I also loved how close it is to the Caspian Sea and the boulevard, making it perfect for leisurely walks and enjoying the beautiful views. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. I also appreciated that I was able to check in early in the morning, which made my arrival even more convenient. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

Pros:

we did not like anything about this property.
They are a family owner they always cook in the first floor . we couldn't sleep in the morning when they are cooking. I don't advise you to stay at this motel

The owner, Mr. Zulfiqar, is a really kind and down-to-earth person. He’s always polite, helpful, and makes sure his guests are comfortable. You can tell he genuinely cares about providing good service. I had a great experience interacting with him, and I truly appreciate his hospitality and the personal attention he gives to everyone. It really makes a difference when the owner is so involved and welcoming — it gives the place a warm, homely vibe.

Cons:

I think if he includes breakfast in the room price, it could really help attract more guests. A lot of people prefer places that offer complimentary breakfast — it’s more convenient and feels like better value for money. Even just including the Desi breakfast with paratha, omelet, and tea would be a great touch. It might make the overall experience more appealing and encourage more people to book a stay.

Very poor hotel.

The location was ideal

Cons:

On arrival we had to pay in cash and weren’t given change, so were overcharged for the room. The room was dirty. The sheets were dirty, the mattress was very hard and uncomfortable and the sheets were thin and scratchy.

Our room was not cleaned once in our 6 night stay (if they reply to this saying they care about cleanliness that is clearly untrue - it wasn’t cleaned during our stay). The bathroom door was broken and wouldn’t close. Furthermore, the hosts very loudly washed their dishes until 2am on our last night, making sleep incredibly difficult.

Overall this was an awful experience. If the property replies saying they care about cleanliness etc do not believe them, it was incredibly dirty and was never cleaned.
