Une belle équipe
Pros:

La gentillesse, réactivité et le dévouement du personnel. Le dîner fait maison devant vous.
La chambre était de belle taille.

Cons:

Bardzo cicha okolica, przestronny pokój, przestrzeń wspólna z basenem, leżakami, hamakami i bilardem.
Smaczne śniadania.

Cons:

Do dyspozycji gości były tylko 2 rowery i to dość w kiepskim stanie. Wieczorami ciężko było cokolwiek zamówić w restauracji, ponieważ często nie było nikogo z obsługi.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr sauber und hat angenehm nach frischer Wäsche gerochen. Es war außerdem sehr geräumig und man hatte viel Platz. Auch das Badezimmer war groß und hatte sogar eine Trennwand zwischen Dusche und Toilette – etwas, das im Low-Budget-Bereich in Vietnam eher selten ist.

Im Eingangsbereich gibt es eine kleine Chill-Ecke und sogar einen Billardtisch, was eine nette Möglichkeit zum Entspannen ist. Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr lecker.

Wir sind nachts angekommen und konnten gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis von etwa 10 € das Zimmer und auch das Frühstück schon früher nutzen, was für uns nach der Reise sehr angenehm war. Das Personal war insgesamt freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Mit der Art der Besitzerin sind wir persönlich nicht ganz warm geworden. Sie war zwar immer erreichbar und hat sich sofort um Anliegen gekümmert, jedoch wirkte sie auf uns etwas aufdringlich. Man wurde direkt abgefangen und es wurden sofort Ausflüge oder Bustouren angeboten.

Außerdem gab es ein kleines Missverständnis beim Check-out. Laut Booking ist die Check-out-Zeit 11:30 Uhr, vor Ort wurde uns jedoch vermittelt, dass wir schon um 11:00 Uhr auschecken sollten, was zu einer etwas merkwürdigen Situation geführt hat. Hier wäre eine klarere Kommunikation hilfreich.

Etwas unangenehm fanden wir auch, dass eine Gebühr verlangt wird, wenn Handtücher oder Bettwäsche Flecken bekommen. Natürlich sollte man sorgsam mit den Sachen umgehen, aber kleine Flecken können im Alltag schnell passieren. Für uns gehört das eigentlich zum normalen Gebrauch dazu.

Vielleicht wäre es insgesamt angenehmer, wenn manches etwas zurückhaltender passiert. Das hat für uns einen kleinen komischen Beigeschmack hinterlassen.

Pros:

Habitación espaciosa y muy limpia.
Lugar tranquilo y cerca del centro.
Dinno nos atendió de maravilla y nos informo de todas las actividades, autobús,etc. Muy simpática.

Nos encantó el buen trato y amabilidad de las chicas encargadas de gestionar el alojamiento. Tanto Cam como Thiny nos ayudaron en todo momento en diferentes aspectos: alquiler de moto, gestión de tiquets de bus, casas de cambio, servicio de lavandería... Estuvieron muy pendientes de nosotros y dispuestas a ayudarnos. Queremos mandarles un saludo especial a las dos.
Si volviera a Phong Nha repetiría en este alojamiento.

Great short stay with very helpful host
Pros:

Dinno is fantastic! She is very responsive and helps with booking transport and tours. I was given free pickup from the bus station with my luggage. Breakfast was tasty and ready at the time I asked for. Unfortunately I only stayed one night so didn’t use the pool/garden/hammocks but they looked nice

Cons:

The sheets smelled a bit musty.

Dinno a été arrangeante pour modifier notre réservation et nous a permis de laisser nos bagages à l'accueil pendant la journée.

Cons:

Après avoir refusé les propositions de Dinno pour arranger nos tickets de bus ou nos excursions (prix extrêmement élevés par rapport à ce qu'on a trouvé par nos propres moyens), elle nous a réservé un accueil assez froid. Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit et le lendemain à 9h55, elle toquait à la porte pout nous demander de libérer la chambre.... Pas très accueillant.

Apprezzato ma migliorabile
Pros:

La camera che avevamo prenotato era ben attrezzata e arredata, così come il bagno. Anche il trekking nella giungla che ci è stato consigliato è stato un’esperienza molto piacevole.

Cons:

La camera della prima notte, che ci è stata gentilmente assegnata al nostro arrivo, risultava purtroppo piuttosto umida, con presenza di muffa sulle pareti. La colazione offriva una scelta limitata. La struttura è inoltre un po’ isolata rispetto al centro città e, in alcuni momenti, la comunicazione non è stata semplice. Inoltre, solo la mattina stessa ci è stato comunicato che non era possibile pagare con carta, costringendoci a prelevare 200€, raggiungendo il nostro massimale e creando disagi per il resto della giornata.
