Everything from the start to the end was excellent! The manager, Dinno, was very helpful before our stay and during, helping us arrange tours and going around Phong Nha. Breakfast is really good, the facilities are nice and clean and also calm. They also serve food and drinks, recommended. Location is not in the city center but only a few minutes by taxi or by bike/scooter so you can enjoy a bit of calm and avoid the city center.

Donna and her husband are lovely people. This are really helpful and they try their best to make your stay unforgettable :) I was a little sick so she made me ginger tea, thag really made me feel better :) And her husband cooks very well
Can’t believe How cheap this establishment is. The room was beautiful, the place itself is beautiful. You can enjoy breakfast but also a « family dinner » with the other people from the hotel which was so much fun because you get to meet New people. We also rent a motorbike for 2 days. The owners are very nice people. And also we arrived at 3 a.m and they got up to open the room for us. Thank you, we will come back !
Our bus arrived in the early hours of the morning so we took the offer of an early check in. Dinno was very responsive on WhatsApp whenever we needed anything. Pool was such a bonus on hot 39 degree days!!
החדר היה מספיק גדול. לקחנו חדר משפחתי עם מיטת קומותיים לילדים. לא היה הרבה מרחבים אבל היה מספיק. המקלחת הייתה טובה וגדולה.
הצוות היה מקסים, נחמדים מאוד ועזרו לנו בכל דבר שביקשנו. הזמינו לנו אוטובוס לילה שעזבנו ודאגו לנו לאופנועים. הבריכה הייתה גדולה ונחמדה, היה נחמד אם היו יותר דואגים לניקיון שלה אבל סך הכל היא הייתה בסדר גמור ןעזרה להתרענן בימים החמים מאוד שהיו שם
ארוחת בוקר הייתה נחמדה - כל בוקר בחרנו מה אנחנו רוצים מהאפשרויות והם הכינו לנו במקום.
השירותים לא היו תקינים - המים לא הורידו את מה שצריך למרות שלא השתמשנו בנייר כלל. הצוות ניסה לעזור בזה ובאו לתקן אבל זה לא עזר, השירותים עדיין לא הורידו מה שצריך. בסופו של דבר ביקשנו שתהיה לנו פומפה בתוך החדר שהיה צריך להעזר בה לאחר כל שימוש בשירותים.
הבריכה- זקוקה קצת לתחזוקה ולניקיון.
המיקום מעט מרוחק מהמרכז ומצריך אופנוע או גראב. אבל אם יש, זה ממש קרוב.

Camere e bagno spaziosi e la proprietaria gentile. Circondato dal verde, propongono molte attività.
Ci ha venduto dei tour dicendo che non si potevano fare da soli quando non era così. Molti insetti, ma normale in quanto immerso nella natura. È un po’ più lontano rispetto alle altre strutture e alla strada principale del villaggio.
Dinno could not have been any more cordial and informative. She handled everything for us, from the tours, to transfers to and from Dong Hoi train station, to even doung our laundry promptly. We couldn't ask for any better service.
Place is really nice and one of the most clean we have seen in Vietnam. Also the stagf was very nice, helped us booked bus, tours and everything. Even the food is really good.
This was my favorite homestay in all of Vietmam. The place was so cute. Room was comfortable with powerful ac. They had an adorable little courtyard with pool, and the area was lined with plants.
The staff was so helpful, they were also able to help arrange bus tickets, motorbike ride to caves and laundry. And they picked me up from the bus station when I arrived for free.
It's a solid walk from town. Took me about 30 minutes and there's little shade.

My stay at this place was absolutely fantastic and I can highly recommend it to everyone! The staff and the owner are incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful – they will assist you with literally anything you need. We felt very well taken care of during our entire stay.
A big advantage is that they speak very good English, so communication was easy and smooth. They were always happy to give advice, help organize things, and were available whenever we needed something.
The rooms are very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, and the air conditioning works perfectly, which is a huge plus in the Vietnamese heat. The swimming pool is amazing – a perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring.
I also really appreciated their attitude towards guests – even when we were late for breakfast, it was not a problem at all and everything was still prepared for us. That really shows how much they care about their guests.
Another great bonus is the option to rent a scooter directly at the property, which makes getting around very easy.
Overall, it’s a place with a wonderful atmosphere, excellent service, and a high standard. I would definitely come back again!
